Dr. Ben and his staff were very helpful and comforting as I waked in with a painful wisdom tooth. I am afraid of dentist appointments but Dr.Ben made the procedure very easy and made me feel relaxed rather than nervous. The staff made me feel so welcomed Fabiola gave me a shake before the Dr pulled out my tooth and kept making sure I was ok. Dr Ben was amazing! One rating just because the people are nice. Other then that.. Of all the dental places I've been to, this place I highly do not reccommend. The piece they put in your mouth to take x-rays? It smells moldy which is pretty gross. Im shocked this place is still opened.. And the cleaning.. Wtf??! She didnt even do anything.. All she did was just check for cavities and then brushed it. What kind of cleaning is that?! Do not come here and do not take your friends and family here. It is not recommendable for anyone. read more

As someone who's never been comfortable in a dentists office, I really appreciate this facility and especially their staff, so much that I'm writing a review so that others are encouraged to make an appointment. From the moment I walked in, Fabby welcomed me with a smile and was very professional, making sure I felt at home. Her politeness was extremely appreciated as I was nervous going in. When I was taken inside the dentist assistant Ana made me feel relaxed and explained everything. She kept me calm while maintaining a level of professionalism that is much needed in a dental office. Finally, doctor Ben was the kindest doctor I have ever met, he explained everything to me step by step and frequently asked how I was doing. Even as I walked out Fabby again made sure I was leaving satisfied with my treatment and quickly set up the medications that I needed. I personally hate going to the dentist. But Dr.Ben truly made the experience pleasant and delightful. I drink a lot of coffee daily so when I walked out of his office with pearly white teeth I was smiling ear to ear. I also took my daughter Jade in for an exam and she was initially terrified but Dr. Ben made him very comfortable in the seat and after the exam he got to pick a prize out of the treasure chest. Dr. Ben is as good as it gets. I had not been to the dentist in many years as I had bad experiences in the past, but as soon as I walked into Dr. Ben's practice, I felt right at home. The atmosphere is very comforting and his staff is super friendly and helpful. Dr. Ben himself is as gentle and professional as they come. He took the time to explain every step he did, and made sure that I felt comfortable and safe, which I did knowing that I was in the hands of a dentist that has a world class education. A friend of mine recommended him to me, and before I came in I researched him finding out that he graduated from a top tier Dental School (UOP), and even did a residency training in USC where he had seen some of the most maligned set of teeth a dentist ever could. Hence, I felt safe being under the care of a doctor that has had extensive training, and truth be told when I met him he was just as good as expected, and even better.
