We ended up going on a Friday night and had a total blast. Ace was our guide, and she was super fun and knowledgeable. She had an engaging way of telling us about the beer-making process, and I learned some cool stuff. Fluffy was our driver/pourer, and transported us around safely; it was so great to get a little drunk and not have to worry about transportation. I liked that the tour is built around the interests of the people on it, which means every tour is a little bit different. There were plenty of snacks on board, and I definitely appreciated the endless supply of water. The only thing I wish is that we could have had a little more time at each brewery, as it felt like we were rushing from spot to spot. One thing that's really great about this tour is that it gives a bit of a taste of lots of different kinds of beers, beginning with mild and easy ones and working up to darker or more experimental beer. I even found a few new favorites! I'd highly recommend this tour to anyone who loves beer or who isn't so sure but is interested in trying out what Knoxville has to offer!

Both experiences left me asking "how have they stayed in business all these years?" Experience 1. My wife and I made an appointment with the agent. She seemed to ignore our questions and she spoke to my wife like she was an idiot. We walked out saying that we'd never return. She was rude and if we had allowed her to book our trip, it would have been a disaster. Experience 2. I knew I was passing by the agency and was looking for information about Caribbean all inclusives. When I arrived there was a sign on the door saying to call for information or email. Since I was in the parking lot, I called, twice. For some reason, the call would not go through. Finally, I knocked on the door. One employee walked to the door and tersely pointed at the sign. I said I tried to call. I know that they were aware of my presence as the agent we spoke with before looked out on me trying to call. The first agent said I should go back to my car and try again. Their phones were fine. I know that these are tough times because of Covid. But their attitudes cost them around a $4000 booking. Again I have to ask, how have they stayed in business while treating their clients so rudely? Don't waste your time unless you like to be abused.

Currently standing in a hotel lobby waiting to be called back because I don't have the room I booked for my trip. I'm so disappointed. This was supposed to be a relaxing trip, but currently I'm stressed out trying to figure out where I am going to sleep and getting the runaround from the travel agency.
