Beware! Don't try to get your license renewed here. I mad e an apportionment almost a month in advance. I thought I had all the documentation I needed but because of a space issue on my name, they wouldn't renew or process my license. I was renewing my Drivers license with a Real ID. I showed my new passport, which was also renewed, 2 forms of mail and a social security card. I was almost ready to get my picture taken, when a blond woman with an authoritative attitude and accent( from another country) told me that my name on all of my documents didn't match with my name on the old license. I told her that I kept my maiden name for my career overseas, and added my married name at the end. The driver license I received before the pandemic had my married name at the top and my first name underneath with my maiden last name next to the first name. This woman would not let me receive a new Real ID license because of this error. I told her that the DMV issued this license to me 5 years ago, and they put my married name at the top all by itself. I had nothing to do with it. She then proceeded to talk to my husband on my cell phone, because I was telling him what had happened. Anyway, I decided to call another AAA office in another part of the State, and was told not to worry as long as I have my Social Security card and 2 pieces of mail with my full name on it that they will issue me a Real ID license. I spoke to this person on the phone, and he made an appointment for me next week. I was totally shocked at how sweet and accommodating he made me feel, and he worked for DMV in that AAA branch! read more

Stopped in because my wife needed her passport photo. Pleased to see I did not have to pay for the service because I am a member. The person taking care of us was so helpful. Thankful to be able to take advantage of membership benefits. read more

Broke down I. 95 and called AAA. They had a driver there within the half hour. The drivers name was Alex and I have to say it was the best AAA experience I have ever had. I understand that things go wrong... But there's a way to handle them. This is what creates a good business. When I came here to replace my license, the printer was down. I had traveled quite a far way to do so, and while I sat and waited for over an hour, not one person apologized or offered to create any solution for me. This is very disheartening. Came here for currency exchange. First time I walked in they were all talking amongst themselves. No one acknowledged me. After a minute or so, I walked out. I was passing by the next day and stopped in. Better this time and I placed my order. I was told it would be ready in a day or two and they'd call to let me know when it was in. I went in 3 days later to inquire. My order was there. From the paperwork it was there in a day. Yet, no one had bothered to call. I could understand if they were busy but that never seems to be the case. There's a small dark haired woman who is always doing something on her cellphone every time I am in. This started on Friday, called aaa roadside assistance to have my car towed, They told me I used there service four time this year,that they had to charge me 45.00 plus 4.00 per mile over 3 miles. I never heard of this, not written down anywhere but whatever, I wanted car towed, was told it would take about one hour took two, today Monday July 10, needed car towed to ford dealer in bpt, called aaa again they told me there would be a 45.00 charge but seeing I had the extra coverage, a plus member, I get 100 miles free, I agreed and paid the money. I had to leave for work my wife was home Jason the tow truck driver. Would not tow car because I was not with car,plus there would be 8.51 charge for extra mileage and left, I got out of work and called aaa again, again was told about 45.00 charge and again I was told that I get 100 miles free because I was a plus member, again Jason is the driver gets out of truck ands asks for id than tells me about 8.51 charge. Again I told him what I was told over the phone, he asked me if I wanted to talk to supervisor, I said no I wanted cat towed just charge my card that you had on file, got in his truck called his supervisor, than his supervision called me, all I wanted was to tow my car to service center, he sat in truck for another 5 minutes again supervisor called me, I told him to charge me and tow my car, I have been a member of AAA since 1993, boy have things changed no one gave me the same answers very frustrating, I gave them one star if could have given them 0 I wold have. read more

Incredibly rude staff. Went to renew my license there and did not have the proper documents (I thought I did). Instead of helping me figure out what I needed so I could return later in the day, I was told I should have paid more attention to the notice I was mailed. When I asked clarifying questions about what documents would be sufficient the woman working at the desk cut me off with repeated "NO"s until I walked away, still not knowing what I needed to bring in. I never though I would say that I actually prefer going to the DMV! read more
