Booked a cruise through AAA travel services. I would have thought it would have been the best way to go since I am a member. I was wrong. After disembarking from the ship to the airport, my flight was 10 hours later. Having no experience at all, I would have thought this would not happen. A few hours I can understand. Not 10 hours. Travel agents should know the appropriate information. Never even should anyone have to wait like this. If I travel again, I will not go through AAA. I will do all that through the company ie cruise line itself and they will get my business. I'm soooo upset. read more

In the process of installing a spare tire, the tech cross-threaded two lug nuts and told me it was good to go. I went directly to the tire store which replaced the flat tire but could not install it due to the cross-threading. They sent me to a mechanic who was able to cut the two lug nuts off then found they needed to replace the wheel hub. The lug nuts had stretched out the sockets which meant it didn't turn properly and developed flat spots where it should be curved. I complained to AAA and they told me to take pictures of the damaged parts and send them on. I did so. Their first response was that liability could not be determined based on the pictures. I sent more pictures. They offered to pay half the cost of the new hub as a gesture of "good will". What did they think caused the damage? I'll never know. And I'm out half the cost of the new hub. Kudos to the staff at this location! All were professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Went for Real ID yesterday. They were busy but did not hesitate or rush through servicing me despite a minor issue with my birth certificate, which they expertly resolved. Recommend this location for your needs. read more

Place seems understaffed and a couple of the women were dismissive but one girl at the counter (Gloria?) was obviously going out of her way to help us. It was much appreciated as we were leaving for a trip the next day. She made me feel important and I hope she's there the next time I need to renew. read more

The crew at this location were AMAZING! I had gone in to get my REAL ID and unfortunately had an issue with the name on my birth certificate. Once I had that straightened out, I went back the following week and was able to complete my transaction. Everything was saved in the system as promised making the second visit that much easier! The kindness, friendliness and service I received from Gloria, Colleen and Lauren was outstanding! They truly went above and beyond for me when they didn't have to. the employees are rude, my mother purchased sea world ticket, Disney tickets and reserved a rental in Orlando.... if I did not check we would have been in Florida with 600$ down the drain because these employees booked sea world tickets (Orlando) a rental car (Orlando) DISNEYLAND IN CALIFORNIA ????? not only was it a hassle to book this with them we had to come back in to explain the situation for them to continue to be rude, spend the extra 20$ booking whatever you need to book and dont try and get the discount because you'll just get aggravation, time lost, and no discount. read more

Horrible customer service, well that's when you can actually talk to someone. waited 47 minutes on hold trying to help my 75 year old mother in law out, she has left them a message everyday for two weeks and no one has yet to return her call. I finally talked to someone, I didn't catch his name after speaking for about three or four minutes he hung up on me for no reason, I was just asking him what to do to help her situation. terrible, just terrible. read more

Jamie was such a pleasant woman to deal with. She has excellent customer service skills. I went in to inquire about car Insurance and she was very helpful. She recommended different things and stuck to what would be best for me. It helps at how friendly she was also. Their rates were better than my previous Insurance so I switched to them. I spoke to her about a travel idea and she came over with the booklets needed for that state. If you need travel advice or info. Their who you want to see. I'd highly recommend them. read more

I needed a trip tic to get me to mammoth caves KY, and I asked for a same day if possible. I know there's a 2 week grace period for getting one made but I was told about the job the night before. Without hesitation the triple A employee said she would try and have it done before closing time and she did. Excellent workers at the Fairhaven Ma branch office. Complete lack of training at this location - my husband called ahead for me to renew his vehicle registration and was told not a problem - they even supplied the form for him to have me bring in! When I arrived to renew the registration I was informed that since I am not a AAA member they cannot renew my husband's registration (even though he is a member ... not for much longer though!). read more

I went in to renew my license on a rainy, nasty day. I was anticipating a wait and was not in the best of moods. To my surprise, I am waited on within 10 minutes and out the door in about 20 minutes max. the woman who handled the transaction was very pleasant! Beats the RMV....what a great service. I will never set foot in the RMV to renew a license again. So if you cannot do it online because you need a new photo and eye test...remember AAA provides the service and they are great! read more
