This is a second review for AAA Floors and Homan after 10 years and we are happy to let you all know that his work ethics, punctuality and attention to detail continue to amaze us. When we wanted to freshen up our home after a period of 10 years, we decided to call Homan and discuss the many issues we had around the house.He patiently listened to our questions and provided his reasonable opinion on how to go about fixing considering the time and money associated with each task.We were informed at every step if any task needed more attention/time or money.First, Homan brought in his deep cleaning team who put in a lot of effort to clean the walls and the grout in the kitchen and bathroom floors .The results were amazing! Then his team of painters painted all the walls in the interiors of the home.Then kitchen cabinets were deep cleaned again and spray painted with a lighter color .This was done with a lot of care to make sure the doors were clean and this brought a fresh, clean and lighter look to the cabinets.Homan sent in his best carpenter to work on some custom work on the stairs hand rail, install pull-out drawers in the kitchen shelves and also bedroom closet shelves.They also installed window coverings in the bedrooms.We are happy with the outcome and impressed by the efforts taken by the carpenter to meet our needs . They even came in on Saturdays to work so that they can finish on time. The installation of new carpet on 32 stairs was completed efficiently by his team on a single day ! Homan personally picked up the carpet from SFO and made sure there was no delay in the installation as planned. The backsplash tile work and the placement of a hood after removing the microwave over the range by his team was also meticulous.Every task was timed appropriately and there was never a day when no work was done. This only shows that Homan values his customer's time and comfort and made sure that his team finished their tasks on time and we had time to reset each evening.He would call every day to check if everything was going as planned.We have had a wonderful and satisfying experience again working with AAA Floors and Homan and would highly recommend anyone interested to call him to get a quote for their home improvement needs. read more

My sister in law recommended Homan to do my backsplash and flooring as he had worked for them before. Homan and his team were fantastic! First of all there was nobody else to do a small job like 30 sqft of backsplash. His guys were amazing. I was very very particular about my design and wanted herringbone style with zig zag edges. His team not only understood about the a special installation they were tremendously quick and accurate ! It only took them 1 day to finish it. Flooring was another project Homan did for us. We had two different materials for 2 different levels. The flooring team did a great job making my home look elegant. Again i was very particular about how the quarter rounds should be and they understood and executed amazingly. I got the carpet replaced with LVP with AAA and they did a fantastic job. Homan, the owner is great, very honest and makes sure you are fully 100% comfortable with the entire process. If I could I'd be giving AAA and Homan 6 stars! When people says 'going above and beyond', they need to be referring on services like AAA's. Homan worked very closely with me and my family in a big remodel project -- changing floors, doors, casings, painting, installing a stone in a fireplace, baseboards -- and towards the end, we ended up in a very tight schedule. Homan helped us tremendously securing amazing prices for our floors, as well as taking care that everything would be complete towards the end, dealing with several changes in the super tight schedule. We thrown so many curve balls, that I thought we would need to push the move-in date. Not the case with AAA. Quality of work is really good. Things delivered on time. Post-work support beyond good. I waited a bit to do this review because it was so important to me that I did AAA Floors & Interiors justice after the amazing job that they did at my mom's home. I was absolutely blown away when I walked in the door for the first time and saw the end result. Let me back up and tell you what a mess the floors were before they started on them. The bedrooms were covered by carpet for 20+ years and the living room wasn't but had warped boards, deep scratches and quite a few dark spots from water being left too long after spilling. They were a mess. The house has a dining room with manufactured flooring that's a blonde color and just looked mismatched and awful. SO....back to walking into the door for the first time....WOW! I can't tell you how blown away I was at how gorgeous they turned out. All discolorations were removed, scratches were out and the warped boards were replaced. On top of that....they put a finish on them that made them match the dining room, making the entire home flow for the first time ever. They are gorgeous! The team met me at the house, gave me a quote, started 3 days later on Monday (Walk thru was on a Friday) and those gorgeous floors were done by Wednesday. (Actually before that but wanted them to be cured prior to walking on them just to be safe). The quote matched the final bill (Imagine that) and they had to actually do a little more than they anticipated. I would HIGHLY recommend this company! HIGHLY! I have pics of the old floors but will need to take pics of the refinished floors and update this post so you can be just as blown away as I was. The time Homan spent with me to match a sample of my current carpet was extraordinary. Where I had thought color was the most important consideration I soon learned from him that the tightness and height of the weave, etc were as important. When we narrowed it down to several candidates he immediately made a call to his supplier and had samples of each shipped to my home where I could evaluate the match in my home's lighting. Once the carpet arrived he was able to get started on the installation in the same week and finished installation in 1.5 days. They installed wooden floors in three of the rooms in my house. The work was done professionally and on schedule. This included cleanly uninstalling and reinstalling the base boards. There was not a single scratch on the base boards. All of the work was completed in less than a day. I am blown away by the quality of the work. I am a disabled Senior lady on a fixed income. My carpet was beginning to develop ripples. I was very afraid of tripping on the ripples and having a bad fall. I live in a four bedroom manufactured home. It would have been totally impossible to move all my furniture, lots of it very very heavy, and office file cabinets to accommodate new carpeting. I had no place to store it. Homan solved my problem by stretching and cutting my carpet to eliminate almost all of the ripples. He gave me an excellent bid on the job and I am very grateful for that. As an immunocompromised Senior I was very appreciative that Homie and his employee wore masks during the entire time they were in my house. I will not let vendors come into my home who will not do all they can to keep me safe from Covid. If and when the ripples come back, I will give AAA a call to stretch and cut again. read more

We recently changed carpet with them. We have known Homan for a long time and have changed carpets in multiple houses and have recommended to friends who have used him as well But that was several years ago. The last time we had a mixed experience that left a bad taste. As usual, he gave us a great deal on the carpets, installation etc. While measurement I had told him that I needed help with bed and a few furniture (about 4 pieces). On the day of the job, his men showed up 3 hours late We had dismantled furniture all over, but had told them we needed help with moving 4 pieces. The men instead took pictures of all the furniture and make a call to homan to say how much they had to move. I had repeatedly argue that it was still just those 4 pieces before I could get them to agree. At the end of the day, though they had done a good job they left unfinished at 7 PM, while the stairs were still left. I was puzzled. They made the mesterious phone call to Homan and told his they had to leave. When I asked them, they tell me Homan had messed their plans as he had given the carpets late in the morning and expected them to finish the job, and they had lost 1/2 a day because of him and so cannot finish. We tipped them generously as they had done a good job. Homan was good enough to send his men on the following Monday (a working day) to finish the job. I was not at home and my wife busy with work calls. The trouble started when he called me next day to finish up payments. He said he needed to get paid that day immediately or the following morning by 10 AM and gave me an ultimatum. He started talking about how he had done a big favor by taking our job in the first place because we were previous clients and had given us a good deal. He also started mentioning that he made an exception with the guys helping us with furniture and they had left because we hadn't offered them to drink or eat (though they showed up only during lunch time and had taken breaks during the day, we had no questions with that.). I was shocked that he was willing to throw away a client relationship in a moment, not know who are his loyal clients and those who don't pay. He sweet talked us throughout (that's his style - he will have a convincing excuse when things are delayed and you don't know which part of his story is good). I didn't mind any of that and never shopped around due to past relationship with him. But this was the first time I realized his true side and how inconsiderate and self serving he can be towards his customers. BOTTOM LINE: Use Caution. You can use his shop for getting a great deal and he had contractors who will do a satisfactory job. But don't expect much of customer experience. He will sweet talk you before and during the job, but not all is true when it comes to treating you as a respected customer. He wouldn't really care - it is just transactional. So proceed with the right expectations! read more
