I found this place during a Google search. I went with them because of all the nice and positive reviews. With that being said I am really disappointed here. 1) customer service I'm going to give it a 2/5. Yesterday I went to place a custom order, and it took me until almost 6pm last night to get in touch with them, after calling as soon as they opened. I was told that the vendor was able to come through and make my order. It would be ready for pickup at 4pm today. Here I have been sitting in the 95 degree weather for 20 minutes now, since I showed up at 4pm, the vendor never came through and they are trying to make shift my order, after specially telling me yesterday that they do not have the flowers available to just make one. 2) the lady, was SAS very rude/nervous for me to walk in their store. The door was wide open, and I was wearing a mask. She politely pushed me out of the door. 3) my goal was to support the local businesses here in Corona. I will not be returning, I will not recommend. I can't even tell you what my order may look like at this point. 4) I was really looking forward to the amazing experience everyone else got. Marina was so helpful throughout the process. On the day of our appointment, I showed her pictures of the style and colors I wanted, and she helped me pick the right combination of flowers for the arrangements. She is extremely attentive to details and wrote everything down. She also matched the color ribbons perfectly to the dresses. On the day of our wedding, she had all of the bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres separated in boxes to easily pass out. I'm so happy with how the flowers turned out. If I could give this company one star I would. I am beyond angry with the customer service I received through this company. 1st they didn't tell me that they work with a 3rd party company to take payments and orders , The company is called Avas flowers . 2nd My fiance ordered me An arrangement of sunflowers And daisies when they got to my front door they were dead, I immediately called the next day to complain, They kindly sent over A second arrangement for no charge, the issue was They died within 6 hours just like the 1st batch. Over the course of 3 weeks I've called and emailed back with the manager Marina she never once explained to me That there was a 3rd party company who handled the money and the ordering. Marina stopped answering my calls so I was forced to drive to Corona and show up at the shop, I expressed a Marina that I wanted my full refund this is when she decided to tell me there was a 3rd party company involed, And that she doesn't think I will get my full refund of $60 back instead she can ask them to give me $10 back but I would have to call them directly and let them know she ok it. This upset me Because as your customer I shouldn't have to do your legwork. As the supplier That's your job. So I said what the heck I gave Ava's flowers a call, They then advised me to email them the pictures I had taken of both bouquets. I proceeded to do so. I then received an email Stating That both parties felt I was compensated enough by Receiving a "free" bouquet ( Which it's not cause it was replacment ) and $10 in Ava's points. This is absurd!!!!! my fiance spent his hard earn money to purchase special flowers for Me, And they weren't up to par. And the fact that they told me they felt as though they Compensated me enough by giving me REPLACMENT flowers and $10 towards my next purchase Is ridiculous!!!!!! Save your money and shop somewhere else you guys, Triple A Florist Has terrible communication skills And deserves one star for the treatment I've gotten. Don't buy here. Also check out the Yelp reviews for their 3rd party company Ava's flowers They are located in New Jersey. I had such a wonderful experience planning the floral for my wedding with marina. I'm pretty clueless in this department and not only did marina help my small vision come to life but over exceeded my expectations, and helped me stay within my budget. In fact, I didn't even initially go in knowing what to budget for, but I know quotes I've gotten from other friends who have been married, and what they spent vs. what I spent with AAA Florist and it was SIGNIFICANTLY less. I won't use any other florist for future events. She was so kind, and is just great at her craft. read more

I didn't online order with this company to send my girlfriend some flowers I paid $75 for these beautiful flowers I called them in the morning to verify that they got my order and ask them if they can deliver them after 4 PM I've never Heard of a florist that would leave flowers at the doorstep rather than get a signature all the other companies I've dealt with they had to get a signature already and bring the flowers back to the shop for redelivery this company is located in the same city that they were delivering the flowers to doesn't make sense I threw away $75 because The flowers we're left at the doorstep and then were stolen I Well I use this company ever again read more

First time using this florist and already a bad experience. I never received the flowers. Husband had ordered them a week in advance for Valentine's Day and it was all for nothing. He called them to get updates, but got either a busy signal or went to voicemail. He tried emailing them as well and didn't get any updates prior to their automated email stating it was "delivered". Speaking of which, that email was received at 10:30pm! Figured if anything, they would be in the office Wed. morning. Yet, lo and behold...nothing. Such a disappointment. I ordered a dozen red roses for our 8 year Anniversary. I called at 8:30am on the dot (that's when they opened) and a lady picked up. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was polite, helpful and took my information with ease. I checked in on Yelp and received free local delivery, which helped a ton, because I was going to head out on my lunch break to make this happen. Luckily I didn't have to. Also, I was advised the bouquet would be delivered before 12 noon, which it was. Very happy with my order and the Wifey loved them. Thank you AAA Florist. 2/14/13 This is the second time I have used this florist. For Valentine's Day I ordered my GF the large Lillies ( red and white) in a red vase. Had them delivered to her work address. They delivered to the address only to find out I made a mistake and my GF was at another store. Without any hesitation they delivered the flowers to the correct address and my GF got her awesome flowers. Mind you this was on Valentine's Day and you know they were busy busy busy. My husband surprised me with a giant bouquet delivered to our home, but he forgot to tell them I'm allergic to mums...and it was filled with a variety of them. While the mistake was on his side, the delivery girl immediately called the owner, came back to my door, and insisted on taking the bouquet to rearrange sans-mums. Less than an hour later, a brand new bouquet of flowers -- now mum-free -- were delivered to my door at no extra charge to us. We will ONLY be using this florist from now on! read more

I was not pleased with the final product that was delivered. When I spoke on the phone, I did say it was ok to use different flowers if necessary. My disappointment is with the arrangement itself. It looks like someone grabbed a bunch of flowers and greenery and stuck it in a vase. This was not professionally arranged. If my sister, (who lives 3,000 mile away) did not post a pic of her delivery on Facebook, I would have never known that she received such a terrible arrangement. read more
