I did put in a complaint that I DID call them on the 24th but I did not appreciate having to go to the bank early on the 26th while in recovery, and not getting a call back. Only after calling 5-6 times did they figure out that the order wasn't actually being cancelled because it was so old and they had to manual process a credit.
