After a bad experience with another rental company, I decided to rent from Enterprise. What a difference, Matt met when I walked in and started taking my information right away. I called to reserve a vehicle for 05/29 through 05/31/2025 and arranged for a pickup at my home and return drop off to my pickup address. Everything initially went smoothly and when I brought the vehicle back on 05/31/2025. I was told they would not be giving the drop off service. I told them they knew I needed a ride home and I was not told I would be given a ride home. The manager told me if I would fill his gas tank , when he got off in 3 hours he would consider giving me a ride home. I told him I was told that a ride to and from my pickup location was part of the service. The manager became belligerent with me and told me to go stand on the corner in forty degree weather in the rain. I called their corporate headquarters on Monday 06/02/2025 and talked to customer relations to file a complaint about the service. The customer service representative seemed very indifferent about the issue and defended the Manager at the local office saying, "that is just the advertisement and we don't promise or guarantee pickup or drop off service. read more

I arrang for a pickup and return to rent a car for two days - Thursday 29 May through Saturday 32th of May 2025 from the downtown Youngs, Ohio location. When I returned and checked out on Saturday I asked the Manager from a ride home my original pickup location. I was told you will have to wait until we close at 12 noo and it was now 9:20am so, I h to wait another 2 1/2 hours. The manager suggested I take a taxi or Uber. I told him I Livonia the suburbs and it would be about $30 to $40 dollars to get home. He said take the city bus. I told him the bus doesn't go to my suburb in a different county. I asked him to give me a ride when they close the store. I told him I would give him 10 dollars for gas. He laughed and said it would not fill his gas tank. I said well you guys were supposed to drop me off where you picked me up. He got angry and told me to "get the "f--- out of his store store. I said it's very cold and rainy outside and I refused to go outside in 40 degree weather. I became verified aggressive verbally and thre me with the police. The point shows up and were versus nice and me and told to stand outside on the street corn away from the property. I plan to follow up on Monday with corporate office. But, I will never do business with this company that advises customer service and satisfaction. read more

Called up for one of my customers to get him a rental car while his was in the shop due to a claim. He was having trouble finding a car anywhere, and I even had trouble myself so we expanded our search a bit and I am so glad we did. I spoke to Colin who was AMAZINGLY helpful. While they didn't have any cars on site, he thought he would have some later in the day so we put my customer on a waiting list. Sure enough I got a call from my customer a couple of hours later that Enterprise dropped of a car to his work. Thanks so much Enterprise and a special thanks to Colin! read more

My experience at this location was horrid. The associate and the manager were extremely rude.

Someone hit my car So I got a rental from them through the persons insurance which was GEICO on 10/16/23.. before i signed for the rental the Manager (Gino) was on the phone with geico and they said they would pay for everything. Gino tried to get me to purchase the extra insurance through them and I told him I didn't need it. He told me to call my insurance company to see if the coverage rolled over to the rental (he spoke with them) and said that I needed the extra coverage.. So I had the rental for a month and he called me 2 days before the rental needs returned and told me GEICO was paying for everything except for the extra coverage he had me purchase.. So i called geico to see what the problem was and they needed the dec page from my insurance to make sure  my coverage didnt roll over to the rental. In fact it did so I purchased the insurance through Enterprise for nothing.. I returned the rental and  (Gino) and GEICO was talking back and forth playing phone tag for about a month and a half after I returned it with no resolution.. The past 2 months i have been calling and he kept saying he will call me back.. I asked to speak with his manager or the number to Corporate and he said "there is no one over him"  he told me that I would have to pay it. May I also add that I returned the rental with no damages what so ever. I told him I didn't have the money and it was his fault I got it in the first place. Cause he talked to my insurance company and said I needed it. I returned the rental 11/18/23 and I just received and invoice on 12/27/23  for 500 dollars for the insurance that I owe Enterprise I need to know who I can speak with to get this resolved I feel like I should not have to come out of pocket at all read more

This is the best enterprise branch ever! Chad and the other girl were very accommodating and made sure that I am extremely comfortable with the car that I'm renting. Had to switch cars multiple times and each time I was there they handled it with much professionalism. Kudos to you guys! See you soon! read more
