This is my first time ever visiting an O'Reilly's before…read more... My license plate needed to be changed on one of our cars. I was told by a gentleman up the street to visit O'Reilly's to get a license plate kit to install it. A gentleman approached me in the store who was overall very nice. Asked if I needed anything and I told him I needed a license plate kit. He sure enough told me exactly where they were. They had a rather extensive assortment of kits, custom covers and designs to choose from. I found what I was looking for with no problem. I didn't have any tools with me and I already had the guy at the tire shop remove my old plate which was difficult because of rusted and stripped screws so my car was bare on the back. Obviously driving without a back license plate is risky so I asked the gentleman if he would help me install the kit but he said, "we don't help with these." I was surprised because I've gone to Auto Zone stores and they help me with minor things like that all the time. That is the only reason I couldn't rate 5 stars. Other than that, good accessibility, clean, fully stocked and organized is how I would describe this store.

I used the app before arrival to look for wiper blades…read more I found the main one but was having issues with finding the smaller one. They had a customer that seemed to need a lot of repetitive explanation and reasoning and I also hate being the only female in an auto shop. So I didn't really want to draw more attention to my existence. A gentleman came up to help me look for the tiny front wiper and we swiftly completed the transaction. He removed and replaced my wipers. All within 10 minutes. Clean store. Nice staff from what I saw. No designated light for the shop but not too hard to u turn into the lot. Chip readers. Ps website will not necessarily bring up exact closest near you so scroll through the list if you use the store finder on the mobile site.
