Used to come frequently when there was other staff there and the guy there was always very friendly and helpful, but now there's two new guys that seem like they give you a friendly service but somehow come up with a intricate list of things to get done to your vehicle, and quote you for hundreds of dollars, happened to me with different vehicles 'til I declined and they seem to push those "repairs" on you. By the way they were and tried to scare me into getting those extra things done , I took my business elsewhere and I'm glad I did. Same vehicle and there's been no mentioned of what it supposedly needed and has been working great. Wish shops would stay honest. read more

I can't believe I'm actually gonna say this about a mechanic shop but these guys are awesome. I took my 2014 Mustang with a locked up engine. Not only did they find me an engine for a very reasonable price, hey completed the work on time as scheduled and it was done correct. I have yet to have a problem (knock on wood) with my vehicle. These guys are honest reasonable and they're very transparent. To be honest, I probably shouldn't be saying this, but they even looked over and fixed a couple of areas I was concerned about not pertaining to the engine. I'm assuming just to keep a smile on my face. I say thisbecause I didn't see it on the invoice. That's how much these guys care about satisfying their customers. I felt it was a great deal and told my wife to stop by and get her crossover (Lexus Rx 350) wheels aligned as well. Tony (owner) charged her $60 and said it's because she had a large vehicle. Note: I originally was referred to this auto shop from a friend that had gotten his SUV (Escalade) wheels aligned here and told me he had his alignment done for $49 as advertised. $50 for a 4 wheel alignment seems too good to be true but it was as good as it gets. The before and after illustration report showed front wheel toe-in was out and corrected and I could feel the difference. Tony, store manager, was polite and friendly. Great place to have your car serviced. Very competitive prices, fast work, and most importantly, honest people. The manager (owner?) is very straightforward. He will give you the prices for what you need, but will not pressure you to do business with them. Only negative is the parking. This shop shares a lot with a car dealership, so parking can be a bit tricky sometimes. read more

I went here on a recommendation. My car was pulling to the right when the foot was let off the accelerator. I was told by this shop's manager that although both control arms will need to be replaced the upper will fix the issue at hand. We agreed to that and he will fix the upper control arm and will get me a quote for the lower. After replacing the upper for $1200. They tell me the rack and pinion also needs to be replaced. My father who was with me asked him if the pulling issue was fixed. The Mechanic said yes. This was at closing on a Saturday. We drove off and got about a mile down the road and the issue was not fixed and now have a loud whining noise. I attempted to call back that day but they had closed. I called Monday left voicemail. No response. Called Tuesday and spoke with someone who said they would have the manager call me. No call back. Called Wednesday and someone answered and said that he will have the manager call me or text me. No response. The manager finally calls back Thursday. I tell him the issue. He then says you have to replace the lower control and rack and pinion then proceeds to give me a price for that. You told me that the upper control arm would fix the issue at hand. A few days later my brake light comes on then goes off. I do not recommend this place. read more

This place is a total rip off! I went in to get an alignment! a guy who did not know any english attempted to give me a "toe and go" alignment! he said that I needed camber plates! guess what, I had already bought adjustable camber plates for this car... after telling him and showing him, these adjustable cambers, he decided to tell me that they were at the max adjustment! after informing him that I am a trained auto tech and showing him the right way to adjust the camber plates. he proceeded to send me to the manager! the manager stated that he "trusted his man" and would not let me show him how to adjust my camber... I guess they were mad that they could not squeeze more money out of me because I know how to do my own mechanic work! I just needed the computer alignment. I told him I was not going to pay for any work that was not done right and being that he would not take the time for me to show him how to adjust my cambers i should not pay! he then proceeded to kick me out and told me never to come back...OK I then went to auto trends on murphy road (at wilcrest) and they did my alignment without any problems! i was gone in 45 min as opposed to the hour and a half with these bozos! be careful of this place! you go in for a simple job and they will "find" issues that need to be fixed and attempt to charge you more for it. if you know your stuff they get mad and attempt to kick you out! please be aware read more
