I hired this company to inspect a house before we closed on it and they ended up costing me over…read more$3,000 because they failed to do basic tasks. The freezer door was leaking water and they failed to even notice that and actually wrote the dispenser was in good working order. They said the ice maker was working and when we turned it on it was spewing water all over the inside of the machine creating an ice block. After we had these items looked at by two separate vendors they both said these items would have been seen by any person if they merely turned on the ice maker and opened the freezer door. I spoke with the owner and he claims he cannot be held responsible for his workers negligence according to his contract and the most I can recover from him is $500. He handed it over to his insurance company and now I am getting the runaround with them. Bottom line if they told me they weren't capable of inspecting these items I would have hired someone else to inspect the appliances and I wouldn't be out $3,000. Unbelievable how companies like this stay in existence!

We worked with them through the Strengthen Alabama Homes Grant Program and have no doubt we chose the right contractor to complete our new roof. Chase came out and walked us through the current issues we were facing and then described step by step what would be next if we chose to move forward with them. He was respectful and detail oriented with us and made sure we understood the full picture of what needed to be mitigated. Once we decided to move forward with them, we were on the schedule within a week and a half and the work itself was completed in a little over one day. The team that did the installation was courteous and respectful of our home, taking care of our property as if it was theirs. Our new roof looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

The roof crew spent a great deal of time cleaning up all debris to make sure to get all nails, old roofing material, and scrap cleaned up. Two supervisors actually showed up the next day to double check the area and check for any debris. We would highly recommend Foster Contracting to anyone needing a new fortified roof. He told me a lie about how the AC ducts would only need to be repaired and if I'm capable could possibly do it myself but wouldn't think it'll be more a thousand dollars. Well unfortunately I trusted him and bought the house, and now I'm forking out another 4,000 to have the ducts completely replaced. To have it repaired would cost me 1500 and every HVAC professional said this would work for the short term but since the ducts are thirty plus years old it wouldn't be in your best interest.
