We have used this company for several years. If you find the right groomer they are excellent with grooming. What I am concerned with is the constant added "fuel surcharges" to their services. Its gotten too expensive. When gas dropped from $6/gallon to $4.50/gallon I didn't see any removal of the surcharges, they actually raised their fees. We hate to leave them but will have to look elsewhere. read more

Terrible experience. The young guy doing the work was very kind and seemed good with my two labradoodles. We didn't need a full cut but asked that his eyes and bum be trimmed up and he was happy to do it. However, the trim on his bum left him with what looked like razor burn marks. It was raw and bled that afternoon. I reached our to the company to tell them and ask how to best care for the wound. That was legitimately my request. I didn't even ask for a refund or get angry after my dog was hurt. I was appalled at the response. He said they didn't have a trim on the books and so they clearly didn't do it. They showed no compassion for my dog, denied doing it and insinuates I was lying. You can imagine my response, which ended with- "try kindness next time!" The owner never offered a single remedy to help heal my dog and told me he just bought the business and knows nothing about dog care. I will never use this service again. read more

My Shih Tzu Ty is 13 yrs old and almost blind and hard of hearing and I no longer want to stress him out by taking him to a regular store front groomer where they keep him 4-5 hrs. Ciarra did a great job grooming him but he would not let her trim his nails (we will work on that next time) maybe if I am there and hold him we can get that done too. Didn't even get to use this groomer. I'm just going based off customer service. I emailed 2 days ago requesting a full groom for my great dane and nail trims only for my 3 little dogs. I got an email this morning saying my Dane is too big for their equipment (even though their website says they take Extra Lg dogs 100+) and the date I requested was unavailable.
