From the moment we reached out to them, we knew our two mini australian labradoodles would be in good hands. They are communicative, took the time to get the exact measurements and cut styles from us via our previous groomer, moved slowly so our nervous doodle felt comfortable with them and kept us updated along the way. They were also incredibly fast and thorough, meaning our anxious doodle was done even more quickly than our previous groomers (much better for his nerves). I had a very disappointing experience with Walks Washes & Wags Mobile Dog Grooming as a first-time customer. The day before my appointment, they asked if I could accommodate a time change from the original 8:30-9:30am arrival window to 10:00-11:00am. I understand that schedules can shift, so I rearranged multiple work meetings to be available during the new window. However, 11:00am came and went with no communication. By 11:20, I reached out via text, and over the next hour I sent additional messages and called twice, even leaving a voicemail. I received no response until 12:02pm, when they texted saying they were on their way and running behind. By that point, all the meetings I had pushed earlier in the morning had already been rescheduled and could not be moved again. When they finally arrived, there was not a single apology. Instead, they repeatedly said, "we have other clients and this is why we give you a window." That explanation doesn't hold up. A service window only works if the business shows up within it or at least communicates proactively if they're going to be late. There was zero communication during the scheduled window and no accountability afterward. My wife and I both work and adjusted our entire morning to accommodate their requested change. To then be treated as if our time didn't matter was incredibly frustrating. At one point, Tayler even asked, "so do you want to do this or reschedule," which felt dismissive given the inconvenience we had already endured. If you have nothing else to do and can wait around indefinitely, maybe this service would work for you. But as a new customer, this experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend them. read more

I am amending my previous review of this business. Although I was not satisfied with the grooming of my Lab as he had scabs on the top of his head that looked like puncture wounds from a brush. He also had what appeared to be "brush burn" right behind each of his ears. They attributed that to allergies which he does not have. They did refund my money for the grooming. read more

We have a 17 year old Aussie, who is deaf and initially growls at new people. They didn't even double-take at her approach, and welcomed her with gentle pets. Hire them yesterday 01/09/24. Had them take care of our three dogs. They came around 1 o'clock each dog took about an hour and 10 minutes or so, except for the last one. She needed deshedding not a haircut. Fair price very nice people definitely recommend them again. Payment was easy they take card cash and Venmo. Was also very nice to have them come to us that way no trying to get the dogs in the car and having to deal with their leashes etc. etc. Very super convenient. read more

Both of my guys absolutely HATE having their nails trimmed, I honestly expected them to say they were too difficult and could not do them. I was wrong, they brought them to me with the nails trimmed, ears cleaned, and smelling fantastic. They also used medicated shampoo because my babies have allergies. Their coats were soft too. Nick and his partner were at my home at the very beginning of the hour timeframe he provided. Immediately, they started to engage with my dogs, giving each of them special attention. (I have 4 large pugs and an 110 pound American Bully) as well as foster often traumatized dogs, and provide daycare to another former foster with A LOT energy so I have different dogs in/out all the time! I know dog people, and Nick and his crew are just that! They took the pugs in pairs, leaving my biggest for last, gave me a multi dog discount and returned them all straight to the front door again looking fabulous!
