Please be very careful about who you trust with your pets. We have used this company before and, until now, had no major concerns. Typically, groomers keep all doors closed during the grooming process. This time, a new groomer named Kaila arrived. While my son was taking out the trash, he noticed that a door near the driver's seat of the grooming van was open. He looked inside to check on our dog and witnessed the groomer handling our small dog very roughly. He came inside extremely upset and crying. When I went outside, I personally observed our dog being handled in a manner that appeared aggressive and abusive. I knocked on the van door and requested our dog back immediately, as we no longer felt comfortable allowing the grooming to continue. The groomer responded with hostility, used explicit profanity in front of my young child, told us to "take your f***ing dog," and slammed the van door. Our dog was returned visibly distressed and shaking. Afterward, we could hear the groomer outside our home yelling on the phone, using extremely inappropriate language, including personal insults and profanity. I contacted management and requested follow-up. The following morning, I was told that this groomer had never received a complaint. The concern is that pet owners typically cannot see how their animals are handled inside a grooming van. In our prior experiences with this company, all doors were kept closed, which prevented any visibility. We have two dogs under four pounds. A refund of $250 was offered, but this is not about money -- it is about the safety and well-being of animals. I am sharing this experience solely to warn other pet owners. No animal should ever be handled this way. We will be filing a formal complaint with the appropriate licensing and regulatory agencies in hopes of preventing harm to other dogs. read more

I have used them for,the past 3 years for 3 dogs. Inconsistent service, some groomers good, others not so good. Unfortunately, over the past year, scheduling and communication has become increasingly problematic. For example, multiple last minute cancelled appointments via text -scheduled weeks prior (despite advertising same day service on line!) and unsolicited rescheduling after cancellation- via text, without any communication or reference to historical schedules/service locations. We have groomed our dogs every 6 to 8 weeks for years, and turnover seems to be an issue. Today, after another cancellation, I spoke to a new employee who stated he was there to "fix'" the issues (Zack) with scheduling and assured me he would call back in 15 minutes with workable appointments for at least one of our dogs. That never happened, As a result, I am giving the company 1 star and will not be using them any longer. read more

Groomer was great but embarrassed (not her fault) and though I was not charged the event took over 3 1/2 hours with me washing the dog. Then my last attempt to work with this group was in response at 8 am (by text so dated and time stamped) for a time the following day. Accepted the date and time at 8:01 (again by text and time stamped). only to hear over an hour later "oh sorry that spot was taken." Enough with this nonsense and dealing with this team. There are simply too many others that are reliable, responsive and available with working equipment. read more

I communicated the grooming details for my dog. 45-minutes later, he was done grooming my dog. He shaved her short as possible which was not what we discussed. Then I was charged $130.
