My family has use this company five times for all different types of moves. Some of them were pretty complicated & large. A couple of times the move involved extra steps to get or move items to/from additional houses or storage units. The workers are hardworking, outgoing, friendly & trustworthy. I was impressed with how efficient they worked. They really hustle & really never stopped for a break to ensure that we were moved in as little time as possible. They will have you moved within about half a day! If you have ever moved & done it yourself , you know very well that it will take you almost the entire day to get everything moved, the truck refilled with gas (another expense) & returned to the rental company on time (and also inconveniencing someone to follow you so you can get back home) They work methodically to stack up furniture, boxes & personal belongings in their truck so that everything is stable and secure and additional trips aren't needed. All of the times they have moved us, they have been able to get everything done in within one trip. They will also ensure that breakable items are separated, and give them to you to put in your car. All of the times we used them, nothing was damaged or broken. When they unload the truck, they will ask you where exactly you want the items placed. Their price was reasonable & straightforward. There were no additional fees or charges added after everything was completed. You won't have to worry & feel bad about having to ask your friends & family to help you move. You also won't have the added expense of buying everyone who helps beer/ drinks, lunch & possibly dinner too! The best part is that when they are done, you will actually have the time & physical energy to start unpacking everything instead of being so worn out & sore from having to load & unload a truck all day by yourself! A few years ago, I used AAA Landon Movers to move me. The owner assured me he trusted everyone that worked for him. He said they were either firefighters or guys he had known for several years. Not only did the movers steal money from me, broke items they moved, stole jewelry and disappear in the middle of the move for a 45 mins. for a lunch break when they stole the items, but also way overcharged for the work they did. We needed help loading furniture, household goods, art & a heavy gun safe from a storage facility onto a U-haul truck to journey back to Arizona. First impressive thing: I had left a voicemail late afternoon, hoping for a return call the following day. Not only did I get a return call that day (within an hour or so!), but it was the owner who called me back while he was out of state on vacation!! Bonus points!! Assured me they could assist and outlined their fees. He estimated 3 guys for a couple hours. Impressive fact number 2: They were on time (actually a few minutes early). And, Landon (the owner) came by to make sure they were able to get the safe on without issues. Nada. They made it look easy. Impressive fact #3: These guys hustled and did a great job. I am very particular in how things are packed and these guys exceeded my expectations. Also, they were so efficient, they packed our truck in half the time estimated; therefore a lower cost to me. I am not concerned about damage to the load due to their meticulous packing. They were all efficient, courteous,, professional, friendly & all seemed to be proud of their work. Rare these days. I contacted AAA Landon Movers after reading the reviews online of how well of a job they continue to do for their customers. My reason for this review is that I was misquoted by the owner himself, and paid $160 more than I should have had to pay. when I mentioned something to the supervisor on duty at the time of my move, I was told some excuse about it being a 3 man job, not a two man job, and it would have taken much longer had they only had two guys, so they brought a third man to the job, and that's why it costs more. And how is that my fault? And now, after just being moved a month ago, I am finding out that they did not put my bed frame back together correctly. I couldn't figure out why my bed appeared sturdy, but it starting to be more wiggly than usual. Come to find out, after doing some heavy looking around, i figured out that they put my bed back together poorly. Half the screws are missing, and the screws they did put in weren't tight or secure at all. I am not happy about this, and unfortunately I will not be using a company that over charges me & who failed to put my bed back securely the way it was originally, with all the screws & bolts in it. read more

Every single time we have used this company, it has been an extremely positive experience. The movers are dependable, friendly, efficient, professional, & trustworthy. They work extremely fast & utilize great caution as they load the truck. I have also referred this company to about 5 of my friends who used them & all were also impressed with their customer service & work ethic as well. Their prices are reasonable & the service is consistently outstanding through the years. This service is absolutely worth the money if you are moving! They do all of the hard work as you guide & direct the process. Then, the best part is that when they are done & leave, you & your family will still have all of your energy left to work on putting your things away & getting things organized in your new house instead of being sooooo exhausted from the demanding physical labor of moving all the furniture & heavy boxes! I can't believe no one has rated or commented here before! Landon Movers saved my butt at the last minute when another moving company I had signed a contract with cancelled the morning of my move. It was extremely upsetting. This was July 3rd, and I called Landon's in a panic (a friend had used them 2x in the past and recommended their service). Landon told me he could have 2 movers for me the next morning, which was July 4th! I couldn't believe I was able to find help at the last minute and couldn't be more grateful to Landon's. Landon was extremely friendly and helpful, and the 2 movers were very competent and friendly. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Landon's Movers to anyone looking to move within Columbus and I'd be appalled if anyone was unsatisfied. read more
