Finally she said from a distance of about 15 feet, maybe you should go to Williams Sonoma. But I'm here. This is where I walked into. Why would she push me away to another store. Even if the Williams Sonoma is a sister store. I'm here. And I wanted to buy here. She repeated herself a few times about it would be better for me to go there. So I finally gave up and left. It is very rude of someone to treat me that way. When I was ready to buy. For the record. I was in the store July 27,2025 at half hour to closing. Only two employees were there. And it was the shorter of the two employees. She wouldn't give us her name. Because a proper greeting which I never received was not in her vocabulary. They even went back with a broom and cleaned up the old house which I thought was above and beyond what was expected of them. When we arrived to the new home, they had everything unpacked and in the house within about an hour. They used blankets and plastic to help eliminate bringing any dirt in to the house. After everything was set up the one employee packed up the truck while the other inspected the house for any dings or nicks on the walls or floors. These guys were so good they didn't touch a single wall while moving multiple appliances, couches, dressers, beds, and various large sized items. I can't believe how quick these guys were and if I ever move again I will 100% be calling them. I'm referring them to all my friends, family, and coworkers.

In a retail showroom. While staff were visibly doing nothing. This level of arrogance and indifference toward customers is astounding. We made an appointment and returned the next day. Made our purchase. The service didn't improve after the sale either. One of the faucets we purchased from Ferguson--around $500--turned out to be defective when our plumber installed it. Because of the timeline of the remodel, it had been about 90 days since the order. I reached out to Ferguson for help with the return or replacement and was completely ghosted after they said "we will reach out to manufacturer to see if there is anything that can be done'. No follow-up, no assistance, no accountability. If you read the other reviews online, this seems to be a pattern. Ferguson appears very eager to sell expensive products but far less interested in standing behind them when they sell a defective product. Ironically, you'll often get better customer service from Amazon and a chatbot - or even at Burger King -than you will from the people working in this showroom. I'm aware that Ferguson has acquired build.com and has consolidated the industry, but please understand consumers still have options. Our time is valuable and we had selected Ferguson for what we thought would be ease of order and attentive service with no regard for price whatsoever.
