Fun Fact: This store was nominated for Best of the East award…read more If you're looking for a shop that feels like stepping into an artist's living room, visit La Bella Vita flagship store at Eton Chagrin Boulevard. I wandered in because the displays are so cute, I wanted to see all the treasure inside. Every nook and corner is packed with funky, colorful one-of-a-kind furniture and home goods you won't find anywhere else. A lot of the items are hand crafted or hand painted. The vibe is playful, and just whimsical. The store has multiple rooms inside with different themes and colors. One of my favorite parts of the shop is their collection of teapots and tea sets. You can find them all over the store. They have so much personality! It's like each piece has its own little story. Definitely the kind of thing that would instantly become a conversation starter in your home. If you're looking to host a tea party, you must browse this collection. There's also a bit of funky furniture like foot stools and arm chairs that are so playful! If you're looking to add a pop of color to your living room this is the place for you. Especially perfect for Alice in Wonderland themes! Fair warning: the prices are up there. This is definitely more of a "treat yourself" or "special gift" kind of place rather than everyday shopping. But to be honest, the creativity and quality of the pieces feel worth the splurge if you're looking for something truly special. A lot of pieces are one of a kind, so it makes all the sense. I had brief conversation with the owners and employees while walking through. They were so friendly and welcoming! If you're into bold design, quirky details, and pieces that feel like art, this boutique is absolutely worth a visit. Even just walking through feels inspiring.

Or maybe because she was snooty and thought she was better than me. Well she should've seen the movie Pretty Woman. Because you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. I was looking for new flatware. And I was ready to buy. At $50 plus per serving. I wanted eight servings. Which maybe I'm not bright enough to do the math. Let's ask the rude employee who didn't and wouldn't give us her name. To give you some context of what happened I will tell you I walked in with 30 minutes left before closing. It's close to the time. But not that close. I was the only person in the store and I couldn't get an employee to help me out. I finally said out loud is there anyone who wants to help me out. There were two employees there. Both having their own conversation at the cashier drawer. Mind you the flatware is within 15 feet of the cash drawer. She came over and asked what I needed. And I tried to ask a few questions. She kept walking away as she was answering. And I said hold up. I have other questions. And she did the same thing. She wouldn't give me the attention of a shopper. Finally she said from a distance of about 15 feet, maybe you should go to Williams Sonoma. But I'm here. This is where I walked into. Why would she push me away to another store. Even if the Williams Sonoma is a sister store. I'm here. And I wanted to buy here. She repeated herself a few times about it would be better for me to go there. So I finally gave up and left. It is very rude of someone to treat me that way. When I was ready to buy. For the record. I was in the store July 27,2025 at half hour to closing. Only two employees were there. And it was the shorter of the two employees. She wouldn't give us her name. Because a proper greeting which I never received was not in her vocabulary. I will never go back to this store if she is working. I'll remember her face.

If they had friendlier people that worked at this location perhaps I might enjoy spending all the money I do there but unfortunately their people are not nice. I haven't had one encounter with anyone who works there who is nice and not snobby. Do they intentionally hire snobby people? If you go over to West Elm, which is owned by the same company, the people there are completely different. West elm people are friendly and nice and human. Yes I will continue to go to this pottery barn but I will hate every minute that I'm there because of their staff. SNOBBY.

I called Spaces to help me move and the employee that answered the phone was polite, professional, and immediately got me set up with a date and time. On the day of the move they showed up a few minutes early and had the truck, dolly, carts, and blankets ready to go for me right when our appointment was scheduled. They brought 2 guys to get everything moved which I thought wasn't going to be enough. These two young men had my entire home packed in the truck within an hour and a half which was incredibly quick. They even went back with a broom and cleaned up the old house which I thought was above and beyond what was expected of them. When we arrived to the new home, they had everything unpacked and in the house within about an hour. They used blankets and plastic to help eliminate bringing any dirt in to the house. After everything was set up the one employee packed up the truck while the other inspected the house for any dings or nicks on the walls or floors. These guys were so good they didn't touch a single wall while moving multiple appliances, couches, dressers, beds, and various large sized items. I can't believe how quick these guys were and if I ever move again I will 100% be calling them. I'm referring them to all my friends, family, and coworkers.

At the time, the purchase was substantial and we received excellent service from Rick Ritt and had recommended him. Sadly, we were unable to work with Rick on this most recent visit. We returned to the showroom for another project and were honestly shocked by the experience. Multiple employees were sitting at their desks without any customers, scrolling on their phones--one clearly on Facebook--yet we were told we could not be helped because we didn't have an appointment and would need to come back the next day. In a retail showroom. While staff were visibly doing nothing. This level of arrogance and indifference toward customers is astounding. We made an appointment and returned the next day. Made our purchase. The service didn't improve after the sale either. One of the faucets we purchased from Ferguson--around $500--turned out to be defective when our plumber installed it. Because of the timeline of the remodel, it had been about 90 days since the order. I reached out to Ferguson for help with the return or replacement and was completely ghosted after they said "we will reach out to manufacturer to see if there is anything that can be done'. No follow-up, no assistance, no accountability. If you read the other reviews online, this seems to be a pattern. Ferguson appears very eager to sell expensive products but far less interested in standing behind them when they sell a defective product. Ironically, you'll often get better customer service from Amazon and a chatbot - or even at Burger King -than you will from the people working in this showroom. I'm aware that Ferguson has acquired build.com and has consolidated the industry, but please understand consumers still have options. Our time is valuable and we had selected Ferguson for what we thought would be ease of order and attentive service with no regard for price whatsoever. We thought by paying more we would receive elite service. We were wrong. Bottom line: I wouldn't hire these people to pick up cigarette butts at my carnival

The showroom is filled with impressive displays but that's about it. We walked every square inch and NOT ONE employee acknowledged us. NOT ONE. I spent more than a little while checking on the spec's and prices of the few things with such info available and I was genuinely shocked by the mark-ups I found. For example, I recognized a mid-level, single vanity, simply framed mirror that was nearly $1,000......This brand tops out at $600, if that, on such a small mirror. Additionally, most, if not every, kitchen display included a sagging shelf here or a badly mitered corner there. I have never experienced this anywhere else. It felt like a showroom for flippers. While indeed a beautiful, dreamy showroom, I found little in substance, or real-world value.
