Went into AAA and they asked me to sign some documents that would double my premiums, they used high pressure sales tactics to try and get me to sign. I refused and said i would review later and sign later. Well they emailed me the forms and less than 24 hours later it was voided. If they think i am these idiots who sign anything, they were wrong.... DO NOT GO HERE unless you like getting scammed. I told the salesman the purchase was pending on how much insurance would be. He said oh I have an awesome guy by the name of Marvin Shwaim he owns Fox insurance. The salesman called him he ran our stuff and said oh it will be $420 down. He said call me on the 29th and we'll switch it over and it will only be $278 a month. Well tried calling untill finally on the day my money was due his office assistant tells me Marvin can't deal with any policies till Monday. I explain the situation she says I know Im sorry hes trying to open up a store in Sterling heights hes very busy. Well then he calls the salesman who sold me the car and says it will be $340 a month if I still want it!! Well lesson learned do not go with this insurance unless you want ripped off and taken for a ride!!

Nancy is affable, kind, understanding and I appreciated her time. Be very specific in your wants - as well as the price; I was told "your coverages are the same," which I took to mean the global "same" meaning what I wanted outside of coverage, like manditory on-line billing (which I don't do) and even though there is a great discount for this, I don't want it, I want a paperbill - so, Nancy called the company rep and they said it was too late to change it. So Nancy promised to contact me in September to remind me of the charge; then we can change it back to paper. So, even though my contact there has left and follow-ups like returning calls and checking emails remain somewhat of a challenge there was a significant premium savings by switching, it makes me wish I would have trusted less and had them (the agency) show me options every year "(trust but verify, Ronald Reagan")! Your agent works for you. So I support this agency, but do your due diligence and shop the policies and service expectations should be high, you pay enough for it.
