Nancy is affable, kind, understanding and I appreciated her time. Be very specific in your wants - as well as the price; I was told "your coverages are the same," which I took to mean the global "same" meaning what I wanted outside of coverage, like manditory on-line billing (which I don't do) and even though there is a great discount for this, I don't want it, I want a paperbill - so, Nancy called the company rep and they said it was too late to change it. So Nancy promised to contact me in September to remind me of the charge; then we can change it back to paper. So, even though my contact there has left and follow-ups like returning calls and checking emails remain somewhat of a challenge there was a significant premium savings by switching, it makes me wish I would have trusted less and had them (the agency) show me options every year "(trust but verify, Ronald Reagan")! Your agent works for you. So I support this agency, but do your due diligence and shop the policies and service expectations should be high, you pay enough for it.

This place...has dicked me over for the last time. Since I have had a membership for a little less…read morethan a year with this joke of an insurance company I have been plagued with nothing but problems. It's actually the same problem each time... they input my credit union information incorrectly at first. This cascades into my account getting cancelled. I call, I re-instate, make sure ALL my info is correct...again, and then next month rolls by, I get a letter the day they are cancelling my account. I call, they say my payment didn't go through and that the only way I can reinstate is if I pay for the whole policy. This wouldn't be an issue if they had bothered to call and/or email if there is an emergency situation like every other company I have ever dealt with. I wish I could take credit for this epic failure, however I have made sure my info is right every time I call and every time it, apparently, gets messed up. Again, if there is a problem - call your customers! They literally told me they can't call customers when there is an issue, they only use regular mail and each time it arrives on the day it's getting cancelled. Oh, you can't be bothered to give me a call when there is an issue with my account? Well, then I can no longer be bothered to give you any more money or be your customer.
