We had Rick do a second inspection on a house the BF was debating on purchasing. The second inspection was just for our piece of mind. The first inspector found nothing majorly wrong with the house besides a few missing window screens. The BF and I went in to the second inspection thinking it was going to be a waste of time and money. When it actually ended up saving us! Rick was the first to arrive. By the time I got there he had already started on the outside of the house. The whole inspection took about 3 hours when the first guy took about 1.5. Rick also found electrical, plumbing and termite issues that the first inspector failed to mention! The woman told me that AAA signed us up for a free membership for this service. We were never notified about this membership nor did we didn't ask for. Since then, we have received hourly phone calls from carpet cleaners, air conditioning repair, solar panel people, etc. HOURLY!!!! We never consented for our number to be sold for a "free" membership and I think what happened is our number was sold to other lists of repair people. Very aggravating. And kind of sleezy. read more
