After that 5 months your insurance will sky rocket going over double. He tells your wife it's fine it's only for three months and it will go back to normal. Your wife doesn't tell you she's paying 871 dollars till you see the bill come, over double of what it was. You call Scott, he's not helpful and just pisses you off. Telling you he never told your wife any of those things. Would not recommend progressive saved me thousands a year for the same policy. That's who I'm recommending.

That was absolutely not my experience at Enterprise in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. I was incredibly impressed! The location was extremely busy, with the phones ringing, customers coming in to pick up and return vehicles, and a steady stream of people needing assistance. Despite how hectic it was, every employee I encountered had a smile on their face, was friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on providing great customer service. I worked with one employee when I picked up the vehicle and another when I returned it, and both were fantastic. There was absolutely no high-pressure attempt to upsell me or add unnecessary charges. The entire process was straightforward, efficient, and stress-free. What impressed me even more was seeing other customers receive the same level of friendly service while I was there. It was clear this wasn't just a one-off interaction -- the whole team seemed committed to creating a great customer experience. After about three days of no call, I give them a call back. I am told they have ONE of the vehicles and are still working on getting the others. I let them know that it's fine, I was just calling to confirm my appointment. So five days later, I arrive, they tell me they do not have ANY of the vehicles i requested and that it was my fault for not confirming my appointment. Even though I have now called this company twice to confirm my appointment well in advance. Thanks for the waste of time.
