    Posting an update in regards to our previously posted negative feedback…read more.. We had a meeting with Walser GMC VP Pete Swenson. Pete took the time to meet with us, hear us out, and empathize with our experience about the service that we received from the service department. But most importantly to us, he apologized on behalf of Walser for the situation, and without any hesitation whatsoever, offered to make it 100% right. As a Walser customer of 10 years, we are relieved and thankful that Pete took the time to meet with us personally and make things right. I would encourage anyone else who either reads or posts negative feedback related to Walser GMC to at least give Pete a chance to make things right before just completely walking away from them. I can tell you from our experience that he was genuine and will not disappoint. We simply believe that we are customers worthy of having; and it was clear to us after meeting with Pete that Walser GMC indeed felt the same. I can honestly say that meeting has turned us from becoming detractors into PROMOTERS of Walser GMC, and given our 10 year history as customers, that truly means a lot to us. Thank you Pete. We will gladly come back again.

After 3 different times of bringing it in they still could not figure out the issue. Would not issue a loaner car and forced me to pay for a rental. Over a week later of paying rental out of pocket. Still could not fix. I've asked repeatedly for details of the work done and received nothing back. Will never return. Will never buy another Buick. WHAT A JOKE

    I've been coming here for a couple years for service since I moved. I am ready to drive a little…read morefurther away to avoid these guys. I do not trust them at all with servicing my car, being honest, or respecting my time. Most recently I had an appointment for a free battery check because there seemed to be a couple electrical things going on. I wanted to rule out the battery. I told them what I had been noticing and what was not working. Sure enough they said it failed a battery test. (Mind you I had been in recently and it had passed then). $500 to replace the battery and guess what the actually issues I was having persist. Clearly the battery was not the problem. Before the service appointment I received a call which I answered as I assumed it was related to the appointment. Nope, just one of their sales people trying to "buy" my car aka sell me a new one. Wasting my time while I was at work. I told him I liked my car and not interested. I'm still getting spam emails from them trying to "buy" my car. These might seem minor and maybe like I just have some trust issues. Except the last time I was in they put my tires on wrong and let me leave with burning rubber and the car vibrating. The smell was horrendous. At first I thought it was a dirty rag they left but it got progressively worse as I tried to go home. To fix it they replaced the perfectly good tires they ruined but who knows what other damage they did. Not sure if it's the mechanics or the guy trying to sell me services that shouldn't be done like rotating my rotational tires.

    Tommy Matthews and the Enterprise Edina team scammed me…read more When making the reservation, Tommy asked personal questions about the vehicle I normally drive so he could upsell me into a more expensive vehicle that was not covered by my voucher. Extremely inconsiderate of customer needs and only interested in selling a more expensive rental. The vehicle I was rented was covered bumper to bumper in damage when I picked it up. Hail damage all over. Scratches, dents, and dings all over. Missing hubcap. It was an embarrassing vehicle. When returning the vehicle Tommy asked me to explain the damage on the vehicle. The vehicle was covered in damage when I picked it up and Tommy began asking me to explain the damage that existed before I rented the vehicle. He prompted me with things like "Do you think a shopping cart might have hit the car here?" Tommy then reported the damages and Enterprise has been hounding me to pay for damage I did not cause for months. THANKS TOMMY! You set me up with a ruined vehicle and scammed me into a claims collection service that is now threatening me with letters, calls, and emails. GREAT SERVICE!! THANK YOU SO MUCH TOMMY MATTHEWS! Edit in response to Enterprise reply: I have done my part already in spending hours calling and emailing Enterprise on this issue. Your team and Tommy fabricated a damage claim on a vehicle that I received as damaged and stuck me with the fallout.
