Not a great feeling when you get three other companies, telling you, you've been taken. I called made an appointment for a septic pump, the lady said it would be $370. She never warned me about possible up charges or extra fees. She was always polite with my questions and scheduling and returned my call. The bill came to almost double for pumping. I was told my outlet pipe needs attention. (This was not part of my bill) I was quoted 3 to 10 grand. Calling around getting estimates other companies to show up asking questions. That's when I was told I was taken advantage of, they charge between 350 and 400 flats fee. One includes digging up the lid. I felt very naïve and embarrassed after talking to other companies. Other than that, the guys were polite and answered all questions and worked diligently to complete job. It's Just a shame greed takes precedence over service. read more

We bought a house that was having some issues the seller was supposed to fix prior to closing. Unfortunately, they didn't make good on their end of the deal so we had to get someone out to address our issues. My realtor recommended AAA Sewer and I'm so glad she did. Kadon came out and addressed two separate issues for us fairly quickly after our initial call. He was very professional, and I really appreciate that he took time to educate us a little bit along the way. Something else I really loved was that he said there was a 30 day guarantee on the kitchen sink drain he cleared/flushed. If it starts draining slowly/backing up again within 30 days of them working on it, they'll come back out at no charge. We will definitely use AAA in the future when it comes time to replace our sump pump. read more

Unfortunately I don't have anything good to say about my experience with this company. They came out to do an inspection of my issue, took my deposit and I was told I'd get a call Monday. Didn't get a call the entire next week. Finally we set and appointment to get it fixed. They were a no call no show only to find out the guy wasn't even in town. They kept saying the part will be in Tuesday. I kept following up with them, don't expect them to call you!! Finally I reach out and told them I was just going to call another company. This was almost 8 weeks after the diagnostic appointment. Extremely disappointed I wasted so much time. Should have reached out to another company weeks ago!
