My husband scheduled a 3:00pm appointment for a simple oil change and was told the car would be ready by 4:20. When he showed up, it hadn't even been touched, sitting in the exact same spot. They couldn't give any explanation (which somehow makes it even worse) and then told him it would be another 30 minutes. Why even take appointments if you have no intention of honoring them? AAA Service: A Masterclass in Wasting Customers' Time If you enjoy being lied to, ignored, and treated like your time has zero value, boy do I have the place for you. AAA service proudly set me up with a 3:00 pm appointment for a simple Oil change--which, as it turns out, was nothing more than a meaningless suggestion on their end. When I arrived, I was told they were behind and my car wouldn't be ready until 4:20 pm. Annoying, but fine--I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Silly me. By 4:25 pm, not only had my car not been touched, but the coward who checked me in couldn't even muster the basic professionalism to face me and explain. Apparently, accountability is just as foreign to this staff as keeping an actual schedule. Tell me, what is the point of making an appointment if you treat it like a lottery ticket? "Maybe we'll honor it, maybe we won't--good luck!" If this is AAA's idea of service, I shudder to imagine what "bad service" looks like. Do yourself a favor and go to Valvoline, where the staff is competent, appointments actually mean something, and you won't be left stewing in the waiting room wondering if you've been pranked. Update. AAA corporate clearly wants to engage. I stand by my earlier review. The local store manager tried to call me during business hours which is a great follow up. He called once and I missed it unfortunately because I am also a working human. He left a phone number that is never answered and does not have working voicemail. He did not leave me an extension so I can get to him through the public facing phone number and he's never tried again. I have tried multiple times to call back for a couple weeks. The store number on google does not go to the local store. It goes into a phone bank and gets tossed all over the state. The local manager did not leave enough information for me to reach back out to him. So, I appreciate the minimal effort, but there does not appear to be real motivation to get better. My car had broken down on Monday and it wouldn't start, when looking at it and my father looking at it we realized it was probably a bad fuel pump. We ended up calling a tow truck through AAA, the car got there after 12 and they've had the car for 5 days. Horrible communication we had to call multiple times just to find out what was going on. They never called us, until they realized that they got the wrong part. Then they quoted us the wrong part for the car. And ordered the wrong part. So instead of being 500$ it's now 1300$. I don't even have AAA my sister in law let us use hers, and I don't even think I would get it now just because of the horrible service. Have a blessed day. read more

AAA roadside assistance replaced the battery in my 2022 Subaru Outback yesterday. For some reason I thought they used the wrong type. So I went to AAA Care Care Quail Springs on Penn Ave and they verified that my vehicle required an AGM battery not a standard one. Billie and Steve were very helpful and professional. They installed the correct type without any problem or question. I paid for the upgrade and was on my way very satisfied and happy. Shout Out to AAA. Highly recommended. read more

My first experience was a negative one. Communication is terrible. After I contacted them repeatedly on the status of my repair, they said it was ready. I went to pick it up and discovered it was not any different than when I dropped it off. I am still waiting many months later for them to get back with me on the part they were looking for (eye roll here). Soon after I picked it up, I took it to the dealership where they found AAA had out a part in backwards. I had to pay twice for the same issue to be fixed. I recently gave them a second chance. They charged me almost $200 but my issue was not fixed and I went right back in to tell them as much. They kept it for DAYS with no update or communication. When I repeatedly contacted them they finally said there was an $1800 issue that needed to be fixed first, which told me they did not do a thorough diagnosis to begin with. I had to go over there several times, borrow a vehicle to get to work for three days while waiting to hear anything from them, and no one called to say my vehicle was ready. I will NEVER go back here again and strongly advise readers not to either. Waste of time and money. read more

I personally had a horrible experience with their travel department and will share "my" story as that is what a review is for, right to share your personal experience! Needed help with travel arrangements. I was transferred and tried to explain what I was wanting and told that being the end of the day she would get back with me on Tuesday... umm NO, bye Tuesday, bye Wednesday, bye Thursday and finally a call back on Friday with half of the information and a weak apology that she is all alone while her counterpart is out of town. Well if you are overwhelmed then DO NOT commit to a customer that you will return a call the next day!! Set the proper expectations.. people DO understand if you just tell them. THEN, after all that, she only has half of my request done and indicates she can call me back.. what in another week! Do business just not want your business or know how to provide some type of decent customer service... OYE! I will never use that location and I hope that I can find a AAA Travel location that at least fakes valuing customers and their time. read more

Give this place zero stars.. definitely needs to close down. everyone in here thinks that they are truly smart but continued to mess my six flag tickets up 4 times in a row. While charging me multiple times to the point where they drew 1,800 from my account by "accident" telling me it would take 5 days to get my money back due to their stupidity. read more
