I write this as a warning: doing business with him leads to misrepresentations which, in my case, has caused the unnecessary loss of thousands of dollars. Further Dewyne Harris has proved suddenly impossible to reach by either email or phone. My assistant has been calling and emailing him frequently and received no response. It should be noted that this is AFTER I paid for my entire trip. I find his behavior totally unprofessional, and exceptional in a business that relies on personal service. Frankly his actions are so egregious that they may be unprecedented in a legitimate travel agency. I do not enjoy screeds against individuals who are doing their jobs. I've used Seven Corners multiple times, but never needed to make a claim, so, I believed they were…read morereputable. However, recently, my flight was completely cancelled by the Airlines and I lost an entire day of my trip, and that led to losing the cost of a full night of lodging. I tried rebooking my flight and even begging the inn to have mercy, but their policy is no mercy. I thought, Seven is supposed to be good and honest, so I got the letter from the Airlines showing the flight was cancelled, and thus, I was delayed getting to Ireland and forced to lose money. Nevermind the wasted gas, and food thanks to being at the airport on a beautiful sunny day before my flight was cancelled. Seven sent a rejection letter with no real explanation and a fake apology for rejecting the claim. The policy cost way more than the one night of lodging. They are still making a killing on me. I'll be on the lookout for a company with policy holders who've had to make claims moving forward. It's nice to know I was risking my wellbeing and financial future under Seven Corners.

For something that should've been quick, it turned into an unnecessary wait, and that definitely killed the efficiency for me. They do have their own restroom, which is convenient, but parking is pretty tight because of all the busy shops around the area. Getting in and out wasn't as simple as I expected. I got what I came for, but the overall experience didn't leave me wanting to return. It's fine if you're already nearby, but I personally won't be back after this visit. Apple map says they…read moreare closed on weekends but on their website, I saw that they are now open some Saturdays so I went there as soon as they opened in the morning to get an international driving permit for my upcoming trip. There was no other customer yet. I had the paperwork already prepared so I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very quick and friendly service. I am thankful they are open on Saturdays (1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday of the month).

I often visit here to get maps before I go on long road trips (free for AAA members)... because you just never know when your smart phone is going to give-out or your GPS maps will be out of date! This location also has a BMV in it... talk about NEVER waiting in line to get your state licensing taken care of! I love it and they are always amazing and polite... take a number and sit down... wait 30 seconds and you're up!
