The team at the Progressive Service Center went above and beyond to fix my truck quickly and make sure my needs were taken care of. I made an appointment to take my truck in for repairs, and a member of the Progressive staff came to meet me outside, knew who I was when I pulled up, and made sure my wife had a refill on her coffee. We quickly talked through the repairs needed, and they provided a rental car to use at no cost while the repairs were being made. They called on Friday saying the truck was ready, and since I wasn't able to pick it up that afternoon, they covered the rental until the following Monday morning. When I tried to talk with the Manager Brittany, she said she'll call me back and never did. Called 2 more times to ask to speak with her and she never called me back. This branch was a little late to open -- I was there about five minutes past 9 a.m. and they still hadn't opened. I wasn't in a rush or anything, but it was kind of a drag to have to wait beyond when they were supposed to be open. Since then, he has handled my renters Ins, auto, home owners, back to renters, and so on. Every year on my birthday he would call and check to make sure I didn't make any new purchases that needed coverage, and to see how my year was going. I truly appreciated that he stood true to the company namesake, and treated me like family. Every time I had a fender bender his first question was Are you Ok? There were times I had forgotten to write my check out. He would call me and ask me if everything was ok. He never just let it lapse on me. He took it upon himself to make sure I was covered. He is the reason that I stayed with American Family all of those years. When I recently moved to Tampa, Mr Clore informed me that American Family does not service Florida. I was very disappointed that I had to leave the group. American Family May not be the cheapest insurance, but Mr Clore is the best agent. He is why I stayed for so long! First time user Due to the pandemic the lobby is available by appointment only which means longer drive-thru lines. Unfortunately, entry to drive-thru is adjacent to one of the entrances to the shopping strip. On this day the bank was BUSY. The look of confusion was apparent on many customer faces; is this the line for the bank, why are they blocking the entrance, should we try to change this setup...hmmmm Once I made it to the front of the line, the teller was awesome. She was working both lanes and didn't miss a beat. She was nice, helpful, and considerate. Hopefully the bank will put up posts to help direct line flow.
