He reached a couple of minutes before - which itself at times speaks a lot about a provider. Both my husband and I found him helpful, attentive to detail and understanding during our first conversation and that was perhaps something which made us comfortable enough to hire the services of Kyle for our home's exterior's maintenance. To give an example - we have landscape and couple of lawns in the front and a lot of tree cover all around the house more as we go down slope towards the rear. The trees and plants are dense and lots of big ones are near the boundary of the decks itself. We wanted to be sure that as much as possible, the plants, grass, smaller plants, trees closer to all the decks can be protected and should survive. Kyle assured that he will do his best by covering where possible, washing soon afterwards so there is no or minimal damage and set our expectations that smaller plants may still wilt or die. He sent in the estimate which was prepared meticulously and in detail, listing each service separately; what each work would entail and what should we expect - which again was reassuring as we wanted several different services and were somewhat nervous about the landscape protection. He arrived sharp at 8.30 AM on both the days and worked really hard and fantastically. In fact his energy and enthusiasm on both the days all through the day right uptill the evening without that enthusiasm weaning away - amazes us still. Both him and his colleague did a well coordinated job. Kyle himself being detailed and very thorough in his approach, does not relent till satisfied himself. He likes to keep checking with us "if all is looking good" :). He took time and put in a lot of effort to complete all jobs and in a timely fashion. We are very happy that we hired and entrusted Kyle with our home. The exteriors and some part of the interior that he worked on look spic, the landscape, plants - big and small, lawns, trees all around- all look good too so far! Infact, we have also agreed on some additional work for a separate fee quote which is WIP and think of it as a long term working relationship with Premier Home Services and with Kyle. When I tried to resolve the issue, I asked multiple times for them to speak with the technician together so we could clarify the situation. I clearly told them: if I truly requested the service, I will pay--no problem. But if I did not, I should not be charged. They refused every time and insisted on blindly trusting their technician without any verification. This is completely unacceptable. Charging customers for services they did not approve and then refusing to properly investigate is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their business practices. Based on my experience, this feels like dishonest and misleading billing. Use this company at your own risk.

We have done clear lights as well as the holiday style (red, green, white) and get compliments each year from neighbors and passers by! (We like a clean aesthetic so I don't know how much styling they can do if you like to be extra on your display, so you'll have to ask!) They are easy to schedule, very communicative, and get the job done in about 2 hours with a crew of about 4 dudes. They also do free maintenance in case a bulb comes undone due to heavy weather! Not cheap, but peace of mind, convenience, and beauty never is!

Greg came Tuesday and spent almost three hours applied a degreaser to the driveway and then pressure washed it with hot water. It took Greg about three rounds of this over several hours, but it looks great. I had texted Sean some "before" pictures and he let me know they could make it look better but that it was not likely they'd get all of the stains out. Greg somehow managed to get ALL of the large stains out. There is just a very faint tire track stain left. It's so much better than I thought it would be. Very impressive! We made an appt for the very next week (9/4/15), David and his assistant showed up to our home on time and ready to go. We have a set of gutters along the side of the house that is on a zero-lot line. They couldn't go onto our neighbor's property to clean them out but they were able to accommodate us by cleaning those gutters by scooping the debris out by hand! Those particular gutter were pretty full so we understand how much work that was for them! They recommended crowns be installed in the downspouts which will really help keep leaves and sticky balls, of the tree next door, out of our gutters. They also recommended a few things they could do for a problem "waterfall" gutter we have near the front door which we truly appreciated as well. They were prompt, friendly, great communication & took less than an hour (we have a 1250 sq ft house, single story with gutters on all 4 sides) Very reasonable pricing & they also cleaned up from the mess the gutter cleaning left behind. It took several written exchanges to get the billing corrected. Their marketing text mentioned "before, progress, and after photos for complete transparency." I received 8 partial photos and was told in writing those were the complete set. The moss removal was a $1,479 line item on a roof I couldn't inspect from the ground. If you hire them, get a signed contract with clear scope, verify the invoice matches actual work performed, and confirm what documentation you'll receive during the work. I'd take the time to get multiple estimates and research other options before committing.

Sergio and Maria cleaned ALL of our windows which are now sparkling! In addition to the windows, Sergio also cleaned out the gutters, solar panels and removed years of accumulated moss from our roof. I had asked him to clean the railings on our upper deck. He threw in cleaning the deck itself. I wish we had hired him to also do the lower deck railings and floor. I didn't notice the difference until after they had taken off. (Check out the pictures to compare the before an after, assuming I can figure out a way to attach them to this review.) Amazing Window Washing prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be calling them next year, but plan to add the lower deck and power washing the cobwebs from the whole house. I don't usually go to such lengths endorsing companies, but this one deserves every accolade I can give it!
