I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when dealing with North Bay & East Bay Restaurant Services. We had a clear agreement for hydro jetting and planning services only. However, I was later charged for additional high-pressure cleaning services that I NEVER requested or approved. While the technician was on site, I simply assisted briefly by turning on the water and observing the process. At no point did I authorize any extra work. Despite this, the company falsely claimed that I personally requested those additional services. When I tried to resolve the issue, I asked multiple times for them to speak with the technician together so we could clarify the situation. I clearly told them: if I truly requested the service, I will pay--no problem. But if I did not, I should not be charged. They refused every time and insisted on blindly trusting their technician without any verification. This is completely unacceptable. Charging customers for services they did not approve and then refusing to properly investigate is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their business practices. Based on my experience, this feels like dishonest and misleading billing. Use this company at your own risk. read more

Listen up interwebs..... It's been some time since I've been inspired to write a Yelp Review.... But by God.... North Bay Restaurant Services has proven to be my muse. DaVinci (or some other dead guy) had the Mona Lisa but I .... have Team North Bay!!! Don't believe me? Give them a try and you will be writing Hiku poems about them before you know it. In all seriousness, these are genuine, hardworking people that consistently exceed expectations. In this day and age, it's rare to find people that take such pride in their service... and it shows in their work! In fact... why won't it let me click 6 out of 5 stars? This site is rigged. In conclusion.... You can disagree with me if you want to, but you would be wrong... and we should probably have a fist fight. Needed a company to take care of our grease trap as the previous company bailed on us. Amanda at North Bay Restaurant Service took care of our needs 100% and at a reasonable cost for what should have been an "emergency service" request. Grease trap was pumped and hydro-jetted in no time at all, getting us back up and running again. We have been trying to get a hold of these people to pick up our Oil Collection Drums for over two months now, and it has been handled with complete neglect and inconsideration. Called for service on a grease trap last Thursday. Rep told me they would call back same day, but waited 5 days, then told me the only way they could do the service 5 days after my call is if they charged DOUBLE. This company made promises, so we did not pursue an appointment with another vendor, then tried to double the charge. They know we need the service, and tried to use it to their advantage. I need my tile roof & house power washed & called them. Ryan, the sales manager, came out & a few days later emailed the price quote. Several days later I called him to arrange the date for the work to be done & he informed me that he had talked to someone in the office who told him the cost should be about 3 times what he quoted me. Needless to say, I was very upset & will have another company handle the job. The fact of him not honoring the price quote that he gave me is very poor customer service. read more

They claim they do it all! Sorry not the case for my small restaurant in Santa Rosa . They told me they would pay me for my fryer oil and never followed thru... My kitchen equipment was walked all over with their crews greasy work boots... I wasn't happy with their service and decided to use someone else after discovering the flue and fan were not cleaned properly. I have actually used North Bay Pressure Washing to clean my gutters since 2006...I have just discovered how grossly I have been overcharged. But that is my fault and my loss. The problem with these people is that they were hired to go to my 94 year old mother's house and clean her gutters before our last storm. I specifically said the mess needed to be cleaned up so that she did not have to go out and do it. The owner said certainly that was part of what they would do. The workers came out...were there maybe 15 minutes, left a mess all over that she (did I mention she was 94 going on 95) went out and CLEANED UP...I was livid and called the owner back and told him I felt they owned her a partial refund of the $200 they had charged her (I have been paying $240)...we both have small houses. He assured me it was a mistake and he would definitely do that. He was also supposed to call me to schedule my gutters. He has sent NO refund, I have never heard from him again. Because I was expecting him prior to the big storm, I nearly lost the gutter off the front of my house due to back up. My neighbor saved the day temporarily and I have since had the gutters done for $100. Obviously this company will never get another check from me or my poor mom. Shame on them for taking advantage of a senior senior and one who is becoming a senior!! read more
