The pictures below were taken yesterday after we returned back home. Please keep in mind that we did not use any of the cars below, and we were back within a 2 hour range. Both cars were parked in the driveway untouched. We had Luis over at our house from 730am -12pmish. We left early to our sports therapy class, so I am not quite sure when he left the house. Anyhow, we trusted him and paid him the full amount plus tip. The pictures below show that he did not complete the job. My boyfriends porcshe was dirty from the sides and the trunk was not vacuumed nor cleaned. He did not bother to remove the cigarette hanging from the front. My car had wax stains and still has stains. Both our cars have dirt on the side windows. I am very disappointed on the quality of the work. I did not mind, and do not mind paying a high fee for a service; however, I don't like being ripped off. I've had better experiences and services for $100. He spent over 4 hours detailing the cars, which still look the same. I would understand if the pictures below were done within one hour, but this was not the case. Save your time and avoid this service. It not worth $270! read more

I definitely recommend hiring Aace to come out and detail your car! I got an interior detail on my hyundai Veloster and as you can see in the pictures, it was very very bad. I had someone detail it years ago while I was in college and they told me the stains couldn't come out. I didn't have a ton of money to spend and so I accepted the outcome. Now since I've graduated, I decided to just get it cleaned out again. Aace had the best price in the area and booked me very fast. Luis did an absolutely amazing job on my girlfriends Corolla. It was, admittedly, not in great shape and had a large stain on the passenger seat. The stain was dark in color on a light colored material, so I didn't have high hopes for it. Plus, it had sat that way to bake in for more than a year. He removed it, along with 99% of the rest of the dirt and grime from the interior. I didn't expect much and was going to be grateful for whatever Luis could do, but had to come here to mention what a great job he did. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone else looking for a mobile detailer. He was professional and courteous. The one issue that had me concerned for the whole thing was his lateness to the scheduled time. He was scheduled for 7:30am, and texted me at 7:57am that he was going to arrive in about 15 minutes. He actually arrived at 8:21am, almost an hour late. I work from home so this wasn't a huge deal as I'd be home all day, but it did make me concerned for the quality of the detail. He obviously proved that I didn't need to worry, and we all have late days, but nevertheless reviews should be full disclosure. It could have been a miscommunication between his partner who took my phone call and him. If you're on a time crunch, I'd send them a follow up text the day before to confirm the time and make sure they know you have x amount of hours for the vehicle to be available. However, again, the actual detail was fantastic and I'd use him again in a heartbeat. read more

This is my first time using a mobile detailer and I got to say this won't be the last haha I wanted just my interior done (I have the nesting syndrome so bad) I was tired of seeing all these stains on my seats it felt gross and he quoted me $85. As you can see he did an amazing job on my car, he got out all of the stains I had and collected all my hidden coins for me. The rock hard slime however could not be removed. Very nice, professional, and quick to respond to messages. His price was by far the best for the work that he does. The only downside, is that I got my seats shampooed and they do not lay any plastic down like most car washed. So I ended up a bit damp. The prices for a basic wash were a little cheaper than other mobile auto detailing companies. Wash took about 60 minutes. Was given a 30 minute window of arrival time & still showed up past that window. Car wasn't 100% dry when the project was completed. Still had water running down certain parts of the car, including the rear window which left water marks & I had to dry some parts of the car on my own and a few windows inside the car weren't touched at all - Still had the finger prints and old water marks from before the wash. read more
