The previous ceramic coating appliers absolutely thrashed the trailer with deep gouge and swirls. It looked horrible. Being a brand new trailer, I was so disappointed and upset. FAST FORWARD: We reached out to Detail 2 U for assistance to see if they could fix it for us. WOW! WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Detail 2 U removed the ceramic coating that was originally placed on it, removed ALL of the damage from the previous company, and reapplied their ceramic coating. Our trailer looks amazing! I have attached photos. The original damage is hard to see in the photos, but trust when I say it was BAD. It looks brand new again. I can't thank Patrick and the employees from Detail 2 U that worked on our trailer enough for the wonderful experience and outcome we received doing business with them. Wanted to make this our new car wash spot since we just moved to the area. But I got so upset the…read morenext day when I noticed they had stepped on my back seat to dry the top of my SUV. It is not lifted and they had the two step ladder which they would reach with that so no excuse. (I don't even allow my 5 year old to step on my seats) On the day of I noticed my interior cup holder/ phone charger area still dirty. I didn't want to be that person and figured maybe the person just missed it and it happens. I even gave a good tip and will definitely not be going back. Definitely not worth the 50$ I paid.
