Aace fixed the transmission on my Chevy Tahoe and the cost was a bit cheaper than they initially told me it would be. Great! Took another car there (Dodge Avenger) and had them look at it for problems, as I had gotten this for my son. What I thought would need to be repaired, turned out to be something I could fix with an additive and was told what to do by Rodney, the owner. Haven't had that issue with the car since. Very honest and upfront about costs and repair work needed. I wanted to have other work done and he directed me to a shop that was cheaper than he was for the work needed. How many people would send work to another shop!?! Shows how honest and upfront they are with their customers. Have another car there right now for trans work and will probably have to take yet another. At least I feel pretty comfortable in believing I will not be taken for a ride. As long as this pattern continues, they will have me as a customer. If you have doubt, take your vehicle to a few different shops then go see him and see what he states in comparison. If you want your vehicle fixed correctly avoid AAce Transmission at all costs!!! I brought my Chevy Blazer in for a transmission rebuild. 2 weeks later it was leaking brought it back. A couple months later it started slipping. Brought it back again. Less than one week after getting it back the driveshaft fell out. Not only was the driveshaft installed incorrectly the transmission mount nuts were missing...DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GO ANYWHERE BUT AACE!!! read more

Will never go here again they have had my truck since 10/14/19 11 business days . Brought it there for the second time for a problem that is covered under warranty from the first repair excuse after excuse this is unacceptable work should be completed in a timely matter I am now over 1000$ in rental fees and a tow bill . Transmission in my 2010 started slipping . Rodney fixed the problem within 5 days. Great service nice shop.

Nice guy and up front with everything. Took a bit longer then he said it wood but things happen. I am not happy with them because I got my truck back in worse shape then I drop it off in. It was running rough, misfire, and stilling out. All he said was good luck. read more

Rodney rebuilt my transmission 6000 MI ago and 4 months. I paid $1500 with a 12 month 12,000 MI warranty you. 3 days after I receive my truck my driveshaft fell out. I sucked it up and fixed it myself without making any complaints. Then shortly after my transmission starts acting up really bad again. So I call Rodney and he tells me to bring it in. I let him know I'm going out of town for 5 days which gives SIM plenty of time to diagnose the problem and call me. He never once called me and I tried to contact him several times with no luck. I end up going in there myself before they close to see Rodney sitting at his desk. He looks set up at me dumbfounded and tells me that he has lost my number which is impossible because he just replaced my transmission in his the invoice with all my information. Then he tells me my transmission lines are leaking and he will not warranty it. I question him about it because that's part of his job. He then stands up and gets in my face 3 different times yelling at me telling me I have 30 minutes to get my truck off his property. Without causing any alter cations I go outside and call the police. They show up and are not able to do anything about this situation. Rodney then has me trespassed off his premises. I just wants the world to be aware of this business, they do not deserve your business. I'm out $1500 a work truck now thanks to this business. read more
