Very honest and upfront about costs and repair work needed. I wanted to have other work done and he directed me to a shop that was cheaper than he was for the work needed. How many people would send work to another shop!?! Shows how honest and upfront they are with their customers. Have another car there right now for trans work and will probably have to take yet another. At least I feel pretty comfortable in believing I will not be taken for a ride.
