The shop service experience was pretty much straightforward, dropped off the car talked to the insurance companies and they worked everything out. There was a small issue with paperwork but that was insurance company related and quickly resolved. They didn't have a few parts in stock so we had to wait an extra few days for them to get everything repaired. Quality takes time and this job shows how they took time and used proper skill to restore our vehicle to mint condition. Can't speak for costs since it was all covered by the insurance. The estimates given to the insurance company didn't seem overpriced to me though, but that's coming from someone with no prior body shop encounters. And hopefully this will be our last. This is the most positive review I can state. I have been using Body Werks for several years now. Everytime I use them they always amaze me as to the work they do. Not only from the body work but the extra touches. Joe and his staff do an incredible job. They have done collision work, rust work, cosmetic custom work, rebuild work to my vehicles. Was told by Joe Davie the owner if you have any issues…read morein the next couple weeks just bring it by and I'll have my mechanic take a look at it. after one week the power steering wasn't working correctly and it was power steering fluid leaking. I advise Joel the problem and brought the car back. his mechanic checked it and said that the power steering pump was bad and needed to be replaced. also there was a sensor that needed to be replaced. he charged me $500 for the work. when I got the car back the power steering was still not working properly and he had the mechanic look at it again. this time he said there was a leak in the power steering fluid line that needed to be replaced. Joe tried to charge me an additional $500 for the work that the mechanic didn't see the first time. this shop is a complete rip-off. would not recommend this shop to anyone. he purchases cars from insurance companies that claim them as complete losses and then has his mechanic tuned them up and he does the body work. Joe is just a fast talker trying to make a quick Buck. don't visit this establishment.
