They also took the time to inspect my front struts while the car was there and let me know they're starting to go and should be replaced soon. I appreciated them pointing that out and explaining it instead of just ignoring it. Their pricing was fair too, especially after getting quotes from a couple other places. The whole process was smooth and the car honestly feels better driving now. Definitely a shop I'd come back to and would recommend if you need work done on your car.

While, I would give my one-time experience with the mechanics a 0 star rating, I would give the follow-up by the ownership and absolute 6 star rating out of 5. That averages out to 3 stars. I would say that I have rarely seen this type of follow-up and care for their customers and their experiences from any other business. This was truly the example of good business practices. Mark compensated me for the outstanding bill associated with my issue and then some for my horrible day. I will assume my experience was an anomaly as I have never had this issue prior to this day. Even though I live nearly an hour away, I still will go to them for all my auto repair needs (except oil changes, but even then if I can make it happen I'll go to Car One). There is almost no company or business I can think of that is better at customer service. If I was to right a dissertation on a PHD for "What makes a small business great" it would be about these guys. 1. They never lie to me. I trust them so much that I literally tell them "yes" to anything they say needs to be done to my car. This is due to them building up trust with me over the years to where I don't need to think about if they are trying to rip me off or not. They can see this review, so next time they see me, they COULD rip me off but I know they won't. 2. The customer service skills - they always seem to remember who I am the moment I say my name, even if I have not talked to them in over a year. Now, look at the attached picture. They literally filled out my mail-in-rebate for the tires I got from them. They even included the stamp!! They didn't have to do it, but they offered it without me asking and took care of it for me. 3. Loyalty. Read the other reviews on here. There is one guy who says he drives from Des Moines, IA because he refuses to go anywhere else. That's what it means to be loyal to a business. In Summary - there's no one better out there to work on your car. If you don't go here, it's your loss.

Took my 2009 car with 47,104 miles on it for a route oil change. Once they got the car in the shop…read morethey took it apart and took me it needed $5,831 worth of repairs. I asked for my car back and they told me that they would not release the car to me. I insisted and they still won't give me my car. I wanted to take the car for a second opinion but they refused to let me have the car. I said I needed to think about it so they took me home, I went to my usual repair shop and showed him the pictures they sent me and he said everything looked fine and that I was being scammed, it's called "Predatory Behavior". Preying on the elderly with older cars. Called told them later that day and told them not to do anything to the car I would pick it up in first thing in the morning. When I got there they said that they assumed I wanted them to repair it so they started replacing things. I never signed anything giving them authorization to work on the car. They said they needed time to put the car back together. Several phone calls later they told me that the bill would be $3169 worth of repairs to my very low milage car that looks new. When I went to pick up the car they told me that they had already installed the new parts so I had to pay for the repairs even though I told them not to do the repairs. This company claims to be a Christian based company but I am really skeptical. I would not go to this company for any kind of automotive repairs, just my opinion. I complained to them to no avail. Wasn't getting heat in the 2022 Honda CRV Hybrid. Brought in for analysis. Was told we needed to…read morereplace the heater core because it was clogged. They did not want to backflush it because of the potential of flooding the dashboard if it failed. Estimate of a couple grand. I passed on that. Ended up getting the coolant flushed elsewhere and that didn't fix it. Replaced the thermostat and that didn't fix it. Ultimately, I replaced one of the water pumps that pumps coolant through the heater core and bingo, I have heat. All these services were about half the cost of that heater core. Heater core wouldn't have fixed the problem. Unfortunately, was a bad diagnosis.
