They also took the time to inspect my front struts while the car was there and let me know they're starting to go and should be replaced soon. I appreciated them pointing that out and explaining it instead of just ignoring it. Their pricing was fair too, especially after getting quotes from a couple other places. I was able to get my car towed to Casey's the following Monday (we used D&R Towing at the recommendation of the shop, and that was a great experience in and of itself, I left them a good review too. Thanks, Rich!) and my car was assessed the next day despite being told Wednesday-late Thursday was the soonest. I was in a pinch working an hour from home and needing the car back before noon today, but the crew got it in and sorted and had it back to me just shy of two days later! The price was as-quoted, no surprise fees or "other" issues that arose between my phone calls and arriving to pick the car up. I was also advised of some preventive maintenance to be done on my next oil change, but was told I can wait until then for that. Not only is the waiting room comfortable but they have complimentary coffee available. And the washroom is immaculate. The price for the oil change is the lowest I have been quoted for the area I live in (Palatine/Rolling Meadows). The employees who I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. While talking to one of them I inquired if they do body work and he said, "no, but what do you need?" I told him I had hit a pothole on 53 and the front bumper separated from the body of the car on the driver's side. I had been told the clip that holds the bumper to the car was broken and I will need a new bumper. The employee said he would look at it. He came back and told me I had been misinformed. The clip wasn't broken off it was just bent. He used a small tool with a hook on it and straightened the clip and pushed the bumper back in place! I thought I was going to have to purchase a new bumper. What a delightful surprise. Use this location for your car needs and support a local small business. You won't be disappointed.

Even though I live nearly an hour away, I still will go to them for all my auto repair needs (except oil changes, but even then if I can make it happen I'll go to Car One). There is almost no company or business I can think of that is better at customer service. If I was to right a dissertation on a PHD for "What makes a small business great" it would be about these guys. 1. They never lie to me. I trust them so much that I literally tell them "yes" to anything they say needs to be done to my car. This is due to them building up trust with me over the years to where I don't need to think about if they are trying to rip me off or not. They can see this review, so next time they see me, they COULD rip me off but I know they won't. 2. The customer service skills - they always seem to remember who I am the moment I say my name, even if I have not talked to them in over a year. Now, look at the attached picture. They literally filled out my mail-in-rebate for the tires I got from them. They even included the stamp!! They didn't have to do it, but they offered it without me asking and took care of it for me. 3. Loyalty. Read the other reviews on here. There is one guy who says he drives from Des Moines, IA because he refuses to go anywhere else. That's what it means to be loyal to a business. In Summary - there's no one better out there to work on your car. If you don't go here, it's your loss.

They got me an appointment quickly, service was fast, efficient and friendly. They also looked over my car and determined no other services were needed at that time. What place has ever said that!?
