Time and time again I schedule appointments here only to arrive and find they aren't even open. I understand things happen especially in the Covid world we live in, but this is no way to run a business. I made an appointment on Wednesday April 28th at 2:15 pm as I was leaving a tanning session for the next day. Thursday at 9am as this is what fit best with my work schedule. I arrive at 9am. Lights out. Not open for business. I wait as long I can to not interfere with myself being late for work but ultimately had to leave without using the salon. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but this leaves me in a position of paying for a service that I am unable to use at no fault of my own. When is someone going to hold this place to a standard ? Doesn't matter. I won't be around as a customer to find out. I can and will take my business elsewhere. I suggest you hike it across town too if you don't want to waste your money.

Dr. Rappold did amazing work, I didn't feel any pain throughout the procedure and you can't even tell I had any work done at all. They were also able squeeze me in for that appointment the same week. Oh Dr.Campo... I'll never go to another dentist ! It's been…read moreages since I went to Dr.Campo- I moved to another part of of the city, went to a different dentist who was horrible. It's taken me ages to get the courage to go back to any dentist. But today I went back to Dr.Campo & he'll be my dentist forever. He's thorough, explained everything to me, gentle as could be & knows what he's doing. I trust him completely. And as for his STAFF... he's lucky to have every single one working for him.
