I also have 3 structural issues. One of which is the neighbors water spicket is on the opposite side of the house which makes it so they have to run a hose across my front walkway! Covid hit so I was told that only major repairs would be done until further notice.... here we are 5 months later and still no further notice. I've gotten the run around from the Landmark Rep Ginger as well as Taylor at Frontline. I'm told that I will be contacted in the order in which the request were received. That could possible take me into 2021 for minor repairs. I was also told that I cant hire contractors to make the repairs and send Frontline the bill. It's simply a racket to tell prospective buyers that they're getting a home warranty, when in fact you really are getting the shaft and a run around. Last night my grandson cut his foot on a protruding nail. I've given Landmark24 home 24 hours to respond or I will be seeking legal counsel on my grandsons behalf!

    "Landmark Uses Disreputable Contractors - AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst"…read more Landmark Home Warranty continues to send out disreputable, fly-by-night contractors that leave homeowners worse off than before. Two recent service calls prove the point. Most recently, AZA Repair was dispatched to fix my GE Profile refrigerator. Instead of repairing it, the technician left the refrigerator completely nonfunctional (warmer than before), scorched it with a blowtorch, and improperly reinstalled copper lines sticking nearly two inches out, preventing the back panel from being reattached and risking wall and line damage. He left tools, oil, and copper debris scattered around, tracked oil through the house, and provided no receipt or service documentation. To make matters worse, he pushed the fridge only "mostly" into place as if to hide the scorch marks. When I called Landmark, customer service said no one could return for at least a week, even though we'd already been without a refrigerator for two weeks. Previously came Brenovations HVAC, which was called out for a straightforward AC motor replacement. That service quickly turned into a disaster: the technician left wires exposed (in violation of the company's own safety policy), installed the motor in a way that left bolts striking the fan blades, removed and discarded the HVAC cap without permission, and ignored our concerns about exposed wires near our children's backyard play area. After repeated failed attempts to fix his mistakes, the technician simply refused to return. Brenovations' management--and even the owner--gave up as well, siding with their technician and leaving us stuck with an incomplete, unsafe, and hazardous system. Both AZA Repair and Brenovations HVAC demonstrate the same pattern: unprofessionalism, negligence, disregard for customer safety, and zero accountability. Landmark's continued use of such contractors raises a bigger question--why should anyone bother paying for a home warranty if the companies they send out cause more damage, refuse to stand behind their work, and leave homeowners worse off than before?

I have also had to use AAA for battery replacement, and they have always been prompt and professional. No complaints at all about AAA in the Valley!

    Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Roadside Assistance Service Failure…read more To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the unacceptable service I received from AAA on the afternoon of June 7, 2026. At approximately 2:22 PM, I called AAA's roadside assistance line because I was stranded on the side of the highway with a flat tire. As a paying member, I expected assistance, professionalism, and support during what was already a stressful and potentially dangerous situation. When I called, a representative named Jonathan answered the recorded line. Rather than assisting me with my emergency roadside situation, he informed me that my membership had expired. This information was inaccurate, as my membership was not expired. After placing me on hold, the call was disconnected without any resolution, follow-up, or attempt to assist me further. As a result of AAA's failure to provide the service I pay for, I was left stranded on the side of a busy highway and was forced to seek help elsewhere. This caused me to incur additional out-of-pocket expenses that I should never have had to pay. I paid another service provider to assist me because AAA failed to fulfill its obligation as a roadside assistance company. What is most upsetting is that when I needed AAA the most, the company was nowhere to be found. The entire purpose of maintaining a roadside assistance membership is to have support during emergencies. Instead, I was left feeling abandoned, ignored, and treated as though my safety and situation did not matter. From my perspective, this experience demonstrated a complete lack of concern for customers. It appears that collecting membership fees is more important than actually providing assistance when members need help. A company that advertises peace of mind and emergency support should never leave a paying customer stranded without assistance. Because of this experience, I am seriously considering and preparing to cancel my AAA membership. I no longer have confidence that AAA will be there when I need assistance in the future. I am requesting a full explanation regarding: Why I was incorrectly told that my membership was expired. Why my call was placed on hold and subsequently disconnected without assistance. What steps AAA intends to take to address this service failure. Whether AAA will reimburse me for the expenses I incurred after being forced to obtain assistance from another provider. I expect a prompt response addressing these concerns. This situation was unacceptable, and I believe AAA owes its members a higher standard of service than what I experienced.     Went through Home Depot for countertops in MARCH due to Covid had to wait for several months. The…read moreinstall was set for November 12. The workers came in and walked around and said that the smoke in the house was bothering him. We had doors open and fans going. They left. I do smoke medical Marijuana and have my card. However I hadn't smoked for a couple of hours. This is totally unacceptable. I feel discriminated because of this. Now I am waiting again and Thanksgiving is coming and I have no counters. Eric and James, who did the actual install carefully removed the old counter tops with no damage to anything.
