At this point, I decided to go to Gateway, as I simply did not trust this guy. So, I go to GATEWAY, tell them that there is something wrong with my tire, and it takes them about 15 mins to get to my car. I started playing with my phone for a few mins, and then I look up and my car is gone!!! I go up to the counter, and the guy hands me the keys and says, we found a nail, patched it, and it is ready to go. No charge, we appreciate your business! WOW! I almost got taken for $450 dollars at a competitor, and this place says NO CHARGE! I am a customer for life! I had a noise in my Jeep Patriot that started out as a minor annoyance but continued get louder. I had it looked at by three different garages and had estimated from $400 to over $1000 for a variety of solutions to the issue. My problem was the diagnosis was all over the place and there was a real consensus. Then someone suggested giving these guys a try and I'm so glad I did. They took one look and said "your fan belt cover is loose" and fixed it in a matter of minutes. Seriously that was it, and didn't even want to charge me. Wow! So I needed a tune up around that time so I talked to then about it. I got the best price on that service and brought my wife's Miata there for some minor service as well.
