We are absentee owners of a vacation property on Siesta Key. AAPair Services other units in our building and conducts routine maintenance checks. Last week, we noticed that the service company had done their thing and there were no issues except the addition of some freon to the system. Their report was there when we arrived. Throughout our 10 day stay, we were annoyed by reoccurring "beeping" sound that we thought was coming from the A/C control. AAPair technician "Perry" made 2 visits in order to track down the problem. He did find the source and it had nothing to do with the A/C system but was coming from a Verizon power supply in the same area that had a low battery signal. Thanks to Perry and to Julie (dispatch) for their patience and follow up to uncover a problem that had nothing to do with the A/C system. We highly recommend their services. read more

In Sarasotaa Florida. Representative came to give estimate and even before doing this discovered 3 defects in my prior installation; one serious enough that he accompanied me to our condo manager to arrange rectification of a roofing issue under the old AC. The quote turned out to be the best, and installation of a highly rated Bryant AC (read Consumers Magazine) was done by very knowledgeable technicians. I called a couple of times with operational questions and got them answered quickly and politely. They save the circuit boards from the old ACs so the settings can be replicated. I had an unsolicited return visit as the technician thought the new unit had a setting the would be more comfortable (and he was right). I want to let you know how happy I am with the recent service I just had done at my house. Summer is right around the corner and I needed to get my air conditioners ready. Scheduling the appointment was easy and convenient. The technician showed up on time and was extremely pleasant. His name was Guy and he could not have been nicer. I called this company for a second opinion. The first company told me it was a compressor and I should probably just replace the whole unit. They came out and looked at it and they were able to get it up and running and fixed and no cost to me and made me find out that the other company was trying to scam me and lie to me just to get a free sale. Highly recommend this company they will take care of you and make sure that other companies don't take advantage of you I'm not going to be using them going forward for all my air conditioning needs. read more

After moving into our brand new construction home and several failed attempts to correct high humidity issues with our central air conditioning unit by the builders ac company we decided to call several ac companies. AAPAir was who we decided to hire. They were helpful on the with scheduling and came out the next morning. Their team was incredibly thorough from the inital design to the balancing of the system. They came back and called multiple times to ensure that everything was done to the highest standards and was working with the layout of the house. I had a cracked condensation pan in my AC unit. The first AC repair company quoted me $1,100 for the repair, even though the part was under warranty. A friend referred me to AAP Air Services. They did the entire repair in four hours and things were neat as a pin when they left. All for $500.98! I would highly recommend them. Great job at a great price! read more
