Great at first responding and coming out right away! However, said they would be back on Monday with the part. It's now Wednesday, though I've tracked them down to call them still no communication and our appliances work worse now than before they arrived! The price seemed a little high compared to competitors in the area.. I wouldn't mind paying it if they actually showed up and my appliances worked. Update on appliances : When I initially called it was for the dishwasher when the technician arrived he fixed the dishwasher and offered that he he could clean our existing appliances for a reasonable price. So we had him clean the washer, dryer and icemaker all of which were working prior to his arrival and none of which we had called. When he left the dryer did not work nor did the icemaker, which was no big deal because he was going to be back on Monday as I stated in the above review never called. Didn't come back after following up with the company on multiple occasions they finally came back without the correct part for the dryer stating that I needed five additional parts for the dryer that worked perfect prior to their cleaning it needless to say I ask him to put my original part back put my icemaker back together and please leave!!! They were polite and very tidy however, I now need to go buy a new dryer and I'm not sure if I will ever have ice again but in the good news, the dishwasher does work !!! If you have a lot of money, don't need your appliances and have plenty of time. This is the company for you. read more

Now this is the kind of old-fashioned service that we all need. My dryer vent had come off the wall, and I was desperately in need of someone who could come in and make the simple fix. He answered the phone personally, made an appointment with me for the next day, showed up on time, did more work than I asked for , cleaned up the area and even inspected and cleaned my outside dryer vent. The repair guy came out on June 23 and was I charged $150. which I paid and he said someone would be out on Saturday 6/28 to install a new ice maker which he ordered. Our Frigidaire French-door refrigerator started keeping the food at a balmy 56F, yet the freezer was holding steady in the 20s. Phil from Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair came out to diagnose the problem. He took things apart and poked around for a good 45 minutes and told us that the coils had lots of frost which was blocking the flow of cold air to the refrigerator. His recommendation: Let the unit defrost for 24 hours and plug it back in. And it worked! For the price of a diagnostic call we avoided having to purchase an entire new fridge. We had a problem with our dryer. I called FUSE and they were able to schedule someone immediately. The tech showed up on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem which was a bad idler pulley and the belt getting worn. He had the parts needle with him and in less than an hour, he had the dryer cleaned, repaired, and on his way. I won't hesitate to call him again if I need an appliance repaired. read more

We needed a second opinion after we had another company come out and do a free maintenance. They said we had a leak in one of our coils in our AC unit that is less than 2 years old and wanted to charge us an exorbitant amount for freon and to fix the leak. We previously had work done already by Fuse to our AC unit because the builder used S&S who originally installed our unit and wanted to charge us for labor because they didn't install it correctly in the first place (which is ridiculous on a unit that was just over a year old at the time). Not only that they wanted to charge by the hour and they just gave an estimate of how long it would take but could be more if the job took longer. S&S Air Conditioning are crooks. They don't know how to install a brand new AC unit correctly on a new build, which the techs admitted to and they still wanted to charge me to fix their incompetence. I didn't trust them to do the job. Why would I have them "fix" the issue when they didn't install it correctly the first place? Stas from Fuse is always responsive and shows up when he says he will. When he stopped by he tested our unit and showed us that his equipment showed no leak. Previously Stas gave us a quote that was much more reasonable and we even had him install a UV light since he saw we have a baby and he said it was a good idea since Florida has a lot of humidity. The UV light kills the bacteria. Also, he installed a surge protector outside which is a must in case there is a bad storm. He also charged by the job (which took him and another tech all day and night). They stayed late until the job was completed. We live in Epperson in Wesley Chapel and I would recommend this company to anyone wherever they service. They also do yearly service/maintenance for a very reasonable price! read more

Because of his diligence to try to fully understand what the problem was, he was able to use a process of elimination and find the problem. Unfortunately Whirlpool did not have the part for replacement so I ordered a new microwave - I wanted to transition away from Whirlpool to another brand anyway.
