Their crew came at first on an emergency call to address sewage build up for one resident. The HOA and the owner were happy of the timely response, professional diagnostics and repair as well as the reasonable pricing. Few months later, for a water leak in another unit, there was the second and planned visit by Wezee's at our HOA. In the last week I worked with Weeze's to replace a faulty expansion tank for the water heater in my unit. The scheduling was easy. On the service day Ruben arrived to assess the situation and he provided a competitive quote. Once I approved and we agreed on the scope, timeline and the cost, Wezee's sent in next hour or so Edgar. The crew had to rework some copper pipes, installed new valves, ensured that the pressure of the new expansion tank matches the pressure of the cold water supply pipes. Finally, they installed new flexible cold water and hot water connections to the existing water heater. Overall it took them about two hours from start to finish (including some trip to a their warehouse to grab the expansion tank). The crew left the site clean. Since then, we have the hot water as granted and the new expansion tank just works.

At Your Service wasn't the least expensive, but it was the most fair, thorough, and transparent estimate we received. I was able to book a next-day morning visit within budget (paid halfway between the quoted range - which was awesome! Chaz happened to live in nearby white center so I (over in Alaska junction) could get on the schedule on a Saturday! Chaz arrived at the quoted time and was respectful of the space (had his own boot covers), gear, asked to borrow things when needed, like rags / a pail to catch the water). Throughout the visit, I had transparency into pricing (quoted range), what Chaz was working on, and he answered all of my incessant questions about random things that could go wrong. Chaz is a great communicator, and he's absolutely dedicated to making sure we know what we are getting into and what it will cost.
