They installed the piping/faucet/drainage required for a utility sink, which runs off of the same lines we originally used for our laundry hookup; and they replaced a leaking hose spigot that runs off of the same main water line that our water comes into the house from the city--it was rusty and beyond it's years. They completed the projects we discussed and came in right at his estimate. He and his crew were courteous, easy to talk to/ask clarifying questions, and clearly knew their way around all-things-plumbing. They even cleaned up my drywall removing hack job (That was fun for me, but THANK YOU for making it look so much better!), and they fixed a drainage issue with our washing machine that was beyond the scope of the work we had discussed. After they completed the work, Joe gave me a run-down on future pipe/plumbing work that would need to be completed in a couple of years related to our main water line (Our house is over 100 years old, so this was no surprise for us!), and gave us a broad estimate so we can start planning and saving for it. Joe was awesome! He came shortly after i called and provided a superior service in my time of need. His bid was far more reasonable than the huge plumbing company and he was up front about where and how i could save money but still invest in quality. The work he did was top notch and, importantly it has been months and everything is still working great. I heard about Joe the Pro through a friend. I was looking for a second quote after a visit from the giant regional plumbing company. After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment i learned that my repair bill would be massive, I was afraid I would have to live without a sink for the next year. My line was clogged and while I was trying to clear it, I damaged the connection between the sink pipes and the line in the wall. Everything had to be replaced. I couldn't even run the dishwasher. Joe Johnson diagnosed and repaired our bathroom's structural damage caused by leaking water from our old vinyl shower. He then did an entire remodel of the small bathroom, including new tiled shower, tiled floor, installation of new cabinets, sink, mirror, lights, fan and toilet. All along, his suggestions, his solutions to problems were exceptional, and the work was done (as advertised) "right the first time"! He told us when he would come by to give an estimate to install a new shower pan, drain, water supply lines, and rough-in our new shower equipment, and he was here on time. Joe "the pro" is definitely a pro. We recently purchased three 4 plexes in desperate need of repairs in Tacoma. We had to scramble to find a good contractor when we discovered a bathtub that had been leaking for years.
