I was really happy with their service! I really wanted my hot water heater repaired same day and they were busy but would try to fit me in. With about 20 minutes or so, I had a technician call me back and said he would make my house the last stop of the day. I felt somewhat nervous calling them just because I didn't want to get taken advantage of with cost and things I didn't need hut they were super honest! I had to have a company come out fast because my water heater sprung a leak. It was a mess!!! 911 was the only one who would come right away. They sent John out and he was so nice! He even helped me move all of the wet towels on the floor. He was really neat and clean cut, he was also pretty entertaining. We ended up installing a new water heater. John pretty much knew about every water heater on Earth LOL. I really don't care about them as long as they heat water and enough of it for everything I need to do (which he asked me about). If your water heater is ever broken or needs to be replaced these are the people to call. I called and Sean was so helpful and answered so many different questions I had. He said they were super slammed but they would do their best to come out that night for me to look at it. Sure enough, Sean himself came to my place later that night. He looked at my water heater and told me I could fix it and try to get a few more years out of it or I could replace it. I told him I didn't want to make a decision then and there and he let me decide that night and he offered to just come back out the next day.  I ended up deciding to get my water heater replaced because it was so old but I loved that he didn't pressure me into doing anything fast. He also didn't charge me for my first initial visit for him to come look at the water heater. I am very grateful for their service and kindness. Pretty happy with everything they've done. I had to call a few different plumbing companies and I just wasn't impressed. They were either too expensive or to busy and couldn't get me in fast enough. My hot water was going out slowly but after awhile I couldn't take another luke warm shower. Their receptionist was nice and made sure I knew they could repair my water heater for me the following day. Yesterday the two guys who arrived got in, did the work and got out. They took my payment an made sure everything was back to normal before leaving. They cleaned up after they were done which was nice. Anyways, just really happy with the service. I am so grateful for this company and their employees. they were such a huge help. I was panicking when my water heater started leaking everywhere I didn't know how to fix it and I was getting extremely stressed... I called a few places but 911 was the only place to answer. the receptionist was so kind and even walked me through how to turn it off to prevent more leaking until the technician could call me... he called me within just a few minutes helped me with the next steps. Thank you Ryan!!!! ...When you have a family, going without hot water for longer than a day isn't even an option. We needed our hot water heater replaced and they got me an appointment the same night. My plumber Ryan informed me that the type of water heater we had (GE) wasn't the best (which is why it quit working and started leaking all over the place just after a few years.)
