I got my gray roots coloured with their plant based product. The service was good and Cori was very friendly and suggestive! The colour came out well and I was satisfied with the results even after weeks. My hair has become dry lately, so I wasn't sure if plant based colour would help. Hands down still my go-to spot for eyebrow threading. I've visited twice so far, each with a different artist, and both times I was satisfied with the result. I love that you can book appointments online and Aarna actually sticks to the appointment times! I appreciate that so much. Rehka takes her time and never fails to ask/show me what and how she's doing. Since it was my first time, she was respectful and understanding of my apprehension. Ladies/gentlemen, do not ever hesitate to ask your etesthician questions or give them specifc details when it comes to your brows! I told Rehka that my left eyebrow is noticeably higher than my right...and Rehka, the artist that she is, reshaped my right brow to balance out the height difference. Very quick service! I did have an appointment though. It's very easy and convenient to book through Yelp. I got my eyebrows and upper lip threaded for the first time. It didn't hurt but I did tear up a lot since I am not used to threading. The woman who did the threading for me asked me for what shape I wanted. Every once in a while, I look at my eyebrows and wonder what went wrong. It's usually after I accidentally sleep on my face and I just look a mess. Monday was just one of those days, so I hopped online and booked an appt on Yelp, how awesome! I even got nice reminder emails as the day approached. While the parking lot is ATROCIOUS and people love to speed through the narrow lanes, the inside of this salon is as serene and peaceful as you can get! I booked an appointment with the owner, Ritu (it's pretty cool that you can select who you want when booking online). When I arrived, I was quickly seated and she came over to ask me what I was looking for. I kinda just wanted my brows evened out, and she gave me a mirror while telling me what she planned on doing. I've only ever gotten my brows threaded at a shopping mall salon in Maine, so this was awesome! I really like how she only did a little bit at a time, so I wouldn't be surprised by any drastic changes. She double checked with me before thinning them out too. ANYWAYS, this place is awesome. There were a couple walk-ins in the brief time I was there, and I'm sure they didn't have to wait too long. I like that the focus here is on achieving your ideal brow shape over time, rather than a quick but drastic change. I wish I lived in the area so that I could keep coming back! I really can't compare to other shops in the area, but it's 100x better than my usual out-of-state place, and it's cheaper too at only $10! read more

I like the idea of being able to make an appointment online so you don't have to worry about waiting when you walk in. However, even though I had an appointment, I had to wait 15 mins because another customer was taken ahead of me. Luckily I didn't have anywhere else to be that morning so it was fine, but it would have been nice to be taken on time. The lady who did my eyebrows did a pretty good job. A little thinner than I would have hoped but the shape was good and the process was relatively painless. It was $15 for eyebrows and upper lip which is a little more than I usually pay. They were able to get me in on short notice though so if I ever need my brows done in a hurry I'd come back. read more

My eyebrows look great! You can book appointments online! I booked an eyebrow and upper lip appointment with Durga, the reservation is made and then you have to wait for the salon to approve it. I booked at 7p Wednesday and it was approved by Thursday for a Friday appointment. I showed up 10minutes early and they sat me down right away. I didn't give her much direction, I just asked her to clean them up and leave them as thick as possible, she pointed out that I had a gap somewhere and I said yup I see it. She was soft spoken and really took her time, she didn't show me the progress throughout and while that made me a little nervous I didn't say anything. This was the least painful threading experience I've had and I've been threading my brows for more than 10yrs! At times it even tickled! When she unveiled the results I was so happy! I paid cash and they gave me back nothing but ones which was perfect for tipping. I'm definitely coming back and telling everyone I know about this place! read more

Extremely dissatisfied with gurpreet work. Pooja is my go to but she was booked so my thinking was that everyone was talented. Gurpreet messed up my right brow REALLY bad which is my good eyebrow. There's a huge spot that she removed from my inner brow. So disappointed!!!!! I highly recommend Pooja and not Gurpreet when you come in for a brow service. Gurpreet did offer the service for free but my good heart couldn't leave without paying. However, after getting into my car, I realized how bad it was. Mandy, the body waxer, who also specializes in facials and more, is absolutely amazing. From the jump she has always made me feel so comfortable. She is very understanding and easy to talk to. As soon as I waked in and I saw who I was getting, my inner self told me to run away and come back another day. My inner self also told me to not pre-judge. So... i stayed.
