Bad business beware! When cutting out subfloor to access leak under house the plumber struck a gas line... Told me it would be $500 out of my pocket to fix his mistake. Didn't offer a discounted price or try to work with me in any way. Pretty much capped off the cut line and left with no gas to my furnace or range. Called several times to speak with someone no return phone call. read more

I called these guys at 4:30 in the afternoon not really expecting to get much help. Boy was I surprised! The lady taking my call was very helpful and guided me on my question sufficiently to know that I needed to talk to a technician. She promised to have Ryan call me back right away, which he did from the field. Ryan was more than helpful and very knowledgeable about my unique Flushmate pressure flush toilet. He spent nearly 10 minutes answering my questions and helping me troubleshoot the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and eager to be of service. I almost look forward to having a problem where Ryan will need to be called out to my home. He's great, I recommend using them if needed, and hopefully you'll get Ryan responding. I WAS a repeat customer of Aaron's Plumbing. Jason had previously descaled my tankless water heater (in 2016 - $322). Ok - let's do this again, but since I am paying by the hour, can we unclog the drain in my master bath sink? Sure! Well, after starting the water heater descaling, Jason dismantles the p-trap in my sink, sticks a metal rod in the drain pipe, wiggles it around, and reassembles the drain piping. Runs water down the sink - clogged within seconds. He looks at me and says, well it is time to quit, I will have to come back. What? Ok, it is now Friday night at 5 - I did have to come home a few hours ago, wait for you to arrive to let you in, yes, let's do this again so that I have to rearrange my day to be home for repairs. Tuesday between 8 and 10 AM. 10 AM Tuesday comes and goes. 10:45 AM I call Jason. Hey - where are you? He is in Napa working another job and neglected to call me and let me know. Obviously, my time and money is NOT WORTH anything to these people. I called the office to complain and caught Pam in a lie. She said the supervisor (Jason's dad) was out of town. This is after Jason told me they have a meeting that day with the dad. Pam reassured me something would be done about this since they took my $469 for a water heater descaling. Yup - crickets - that's what I got from them. After all, why try to make a repeat customer happy - you took my money and laughed all the way to the bank. The good news is - you are NOT the only game in town. I will NOT use you again as you took advantage of me financially, did not deliver results, mocked my time by making me wait for you, and did not live up to your word to make this right. I was replacing a toilet with a new one, and found that the flang was rusted out. There was a problem with the slab where the flange was seated. This happened on Friday Afternoon. I called Aaron Plumbing and spoke with Ryan. He asked some questions to assess the type of problem and was at the house within the hour. He looked at the problem, took photos. He told me he how to cover to prevent issues and said he was going to have to come up with a plan, but due to the design problem in the slab foundation, it was probably going to take between 4 to six hours to complete. He called me back within the hour and had come up with another idea to fix it and could be there Monday morning. By using his idea, the work was done in three hours and the base for the toilet was better than new, and the toilet is working well. They took care of bathroom and cleaned up well after their work. I would and will call them again for any of my plumbing problems. Love their work. read more

Very nice kid that came out. But what was supposed to be a three hour job turned into a six hour job. Then guy couldn't fit under the house had to get help. Then had to pay for two workers instead of one. Had to leave to pick up guy to help him and then had to keep leaving to get parts. Granted parts were right down street but at times he was gone 10-15 mins a time and 45 mins to get guy. And I was charged for all that time. read more

I wouldn't hire this company again. I had them out to replace 3 outdoor faucets and the water lines on two toilets. I also asked them to look at the kitchen faucet because the water would turn off unless the water was on at full blast. They replaced two of the outdoor faucets, and replaced the water lines on the toilets. The plummer asked how often I used the front faucet. I told him not often, so he decided not to fix the leaky faucet?? As for the kitchen faucet, he replaced a part and said it was fixed. Later that day I noticed there was water on the counter tops, running down the cabinets, and all over the floor. I called the plummer...he said that he only works until 3pm and he was on another job! Really? He finally decided he could squeeze me in. When he arrived he indicated that he had used the wrong part. He put in the "right part", unfortunately after all the expense and frustration, the faucet is no better then it was before he "fixed it" read more

Plumbing problems are just below root canal in my opinion. Called Aaron Plumbing after reading Yelp reviews. The person who answered the phone assured me that a plumber would be dispatched and would call me when he was on the way. Ryan did call and arrived on time. A very pleasant and professional young man who quickly diagnosed the problem as being in the septic system. He called Delatorre Septic, another great company and arranged for them to come out. Ryan called later to.make sure that I was taken care of. You don't get customer service like that much any more. read more

Our entire sewer system was backed up. Called Aaron Plumbing who responded the following day and snaked out my sewer via the sewer trap. I had to call the plumber back the following day after the sewer continued to back up. Guy came back and again snaked out my drain. Plumber advised that if I called again, I would be charged for the service call, as I probably needed to have a camera go through the line to see what was wrong. Aaron Plumbing does not have a camera to do that, so they would have to subcontract that out. Bottom line - $205 dollars later and two trips by Aaron Plumbing and my sewer system is in the same condition as when I first called them, with them offering no discounts or money back for their lack of ability to resolve my problem. read more
