Had them come out last year to replace the kitchen sink faucet, everything was fine until about a month or so ago. The handle was leaking. I presume it's the manufacturer + our hard water but the negative review is because I called three times, no way to leave a voicemail, and emailed without any responses. Let's just say I will have A2Z Plumbing on speed dial for any plumbing issues/questions! It was a normal Saturday when we noticed we had a leak underneath our kitchen sink. Sent a request and within the hour, got a response. I was able to get them on the phone and sent over some pictures/videos so they can see what was going on. He said, it was an easy fix and he offered to come over the following morning, which was a plus considering it was a Sunday! Phenomenal service! My water heater broke and was leaking water inside my laundry room at 6 pm on a Saturday. I called 3 other companies and none of them were interested in assisting me on a Saturday evening. When I called A2Z plumbing a wonderful gentlemen named Taqee answered the call and was to my home in less than an hour. He assessed the situation, got me a new water heater and fixed everything. I was trying to help my mom get an emergency plumber as she had a bathroom leak and I tried calling a few places but no one seemed interested in helping or they wouldn't give an estimate over the phone even though I described the problem clearly. I called A2Z plumbing and he picked up right away and was extremely friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. He was able to quote a price over the phone. My mom set up the service and she was EXTREMELY happy with the service and the plumber that came to do the work. She said he was so nice and he didn't have the part needed to do the fix so he ran to the store really quickly and then told my mom no charge for the part (my mom insisted we pay for the part so we took care of him lol). TZ does excellent work. We used him once to work on our banging pipes. He fixed he problem in no time. We haven't heard a thing since his service. Then we asked him to abandon a gas fire place supply and replace upgrade our water heater at a second property. We are now up to code for our water heater and he even fixed a couple other little code issues he noted. We are so happy we found him. His price are very fair. If you are in need of plumbing services, A 2 Z is the only business I trust and recommend! We had an emergency plumbing issue with the shower faucet where we hired a handyman to come fix but after he changed the cartridge it started leaking. We cannot turn the main water back on and this was affecting 3 units at a business + apartment mix used building. It was 9:30pm and Taqee answered his phone and made it out with his partner to scope the job. Little did we know it would've never worked but they were able to point out the problem right away because the pipes in the wall were galvanized steel and it cannot be threaded so it will leak no matter what! They cut open the wall and changed the pipes to the correct copper piping and reinstall the faucet all within 3 hours. The professionalism and knowledge shown amazed me. I will only be calling them from now on with any plumbing problems. They are so nice and professional and get the job done fast!!! I highly recommend them!!! read more

We reached out on yelp for repair of backed up toilet and as promised I heard back from this Company within 10 minutes, was given a fair estimate and time for later that same day. I booked appt, and asked if they could come earlier, to reach out. Within the hour I received a call back, said current job was running longer, but he could send assistant over now, to try and clear it, if asst was unable to clear block, I would still see owner at previous sch'd time. Asst was here within 30 min was very courteous, worked hard and efficiently to get block removed, turns out it was a washrag, then charged us much less then original estimate. I had an urgent plumbing issue Wednesday night (broken pipes) and was desperately searching for a plumber who could take care of it ASAP. Taqee quickly answered my call on a Wednesday night and arranged to be at the house to take a look the next day at 8am. He made sure to check in with me every step of the way and did an amazing job at explaining what was going on with the pipes under my house. I had a decent amount of pipes that needed replacing and received a fair quote. I gave Taqee the ok to proceed with the repairs and he was able to get a team out the very next day. Since I do have a pretty old house, there was quite a lot to fix and I imagine it was quite complicated. I had full faith in Taqee and his team and they did not disappoint.
