!!PLEASE READ FIRST!! I should have shopped around instead of rushing into hiring this company, that's my biggest mistake. I recently had a new washer and dryer installed, and the installer told me my water valves were leaking and needed to be replaced. This was the first company I called because of their high number of reviews, which I now regret trusting. The price I was charged to replace those valves was outrageous--nearly $1,100, and they didn't even bother to repair or replace the sheetrock afterward. For such a basic job, that alone felt excessive. It gets worse. After doing just one load of laundry, my water heater on the second floor started leaking down into the first floor. This had NEVER happened before they worked on my plumbing. I called them immediately, but they couldn't send anyone out until the next day. When a technician finally arrived, I was quoted $4,000 to replace the water heater. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second opinion. I contacted another company, and the difference was unbelievable. They charged me $2,300 for the same water heater replacement, showed up within an hour of my call, and completed the entire job in about two hours. Out of curiosity, I also asked them what they would have charged to replace the laundry room valves. Their answer? Around $350. So I was charged nearly three times the going rate for a simple repair, and then quoted almost double for the water heater replacement. That's not just overpriced, that feels completely PREDATORY. I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before hiring anyone, especially this company. I would not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone. read more

Buyer beware! This company will overcharge you by A LOT. They were extremely fast to respond though, and sent out a tech same day to give an "estimate" and next steps. I now believe that was done to try and snatch up your business before you have a chance to shop around. Predatory behavior when you're having a plumbing emergency. All the plumbers we had called so far had told us the same thing, leak detection required. APHA said that too. We got a quote from two other companies, and then the quote came from APHA and I was shocked to see it was 3x the price. I wondered what they did differently and asked. They told me they use a third-party to do their leak detections. Turns out most of the plumbers in my area use that same third-party company for leak detections! I had just so happened to already have talked directly with that third-party leak detection company as well as another plumber that partners with them too. Both the leak detection company and the other plumber gave me matching quotes of $395. APHA was asking for over $1000 for the same work, work that they outsource to the same third-party company! A 150% increase in pricing for work they would not even be doing themselves. I asked why they were asking for an extra $600+ over what the company they sub-contract to do the leak detection asks for, and their response was "to ensure quality". Essentially their APHA technician comes out and watches the other plumber from the other company complete the work. I could understand a small margin for their employee's time, but tripling the price for doing literally none of the work is pretty appalling behavior. It was made worse by the technician trying to use manipulative sales tactics on me, literally telling me "If quality is not something that's important to you, I understand.". Strongly insinuating that going with another company would mean we get a sub-pair result. Maybe next time don't use that line when you yourself are outsourcing the work to the partner company you're disparaging! read more

Same day service. Quick and efficient. I had Hassan as my technician and Sean was shadowing him. My water heater was not producing hot water. They came to do a diagnosis and the igniter was still working. He explained I could have fixed it, but could be a temporary solution. Since my water heater was old I opted to just replace completely. I did not compare prices, but I really liked the techs that came out so I opted for the customer service aspect. I will see if they will follow up with the draining of the water heater in a year as well as other follow ups that they promised. This was done a few months ago, but I wanted to see how things were going as time passed. I did have an issue with a pipe that they replaced, but I called and they came out to take a look at it and fixed with no problem. Overall I am satisfied and would recommend them. We called Advanced Plumbing for a small leak on a copper pipe joint above our shut-off valve. It looked like a simple repair, but we were quoted $1,600. Instead of focusing only on the issue we called about, the technician started looking around our house inspecting our kitchen and bathroom sinks for other things to fix. Then the conversation shifted to their membership program, mentioning the price would be lower if we signed up. It felt more like a sales pitch than a service call. The technician (Ivan) also seemed unsure about the pricing and was all over the place explaining the quote. After they left, we did some research and found that this type of repair typically costs a few hundred dollars, not over a thousand. The quote we received was around 4x the normal cost. We had a gas leak. I called Thursday right before they closed at 9pm and got an appointment for the next day. I got text and email confirmations as well. When they were able to come earlier they called to asked if that'd be okay with me. The tech Jose was very respectful in the house wearing shoe covers. They confirmed the flex line to the stove was damaged. The repair came out to around $575. While they were there they also checked the water pressure and looked at the water heater. I appreciate that they weren't pushy about getting me to replace the water heater despite its age it was still working. They gave me an estimate in case I did want to replace it as preventative maintenance. The work was done quickly. It comes with a 90 day warranty. Payment was very easy with multiple options of cash, card, or check. A couple days later I got a follow up call and text from Shay asking how they did and even offering a free HVAC tune up for using them. Great communication and service. Clog was solved in about 10 minutes and the toilet flushes as it should. As a bonus, I had this company come out to do a tankless water heater flush and everything went according to plan. Our air conditioning died on a Friday evening and the only service answering the phone was Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air. I was able to get a Service Tech scheduled on Saturday. Daniel, the tech, was knowledgeable and able to diagnose problems with the 25 year old unit. We scheduled Mark, their AC sales person to come by and look at our needs. We ended up buying a new heat pump HVAC system. Justin and his team, Phil and Isaac, arrived shortly after 8:00 AM on the following Wednesday to install the heat pump HVAC. They were very conscientious in keeping the house as clean as possible, laying drop cloths, wearing shoe liners, vacuuming throughout the job and removing debris and waste in heavy mil black trash bags. Removal of the old unit components were done in an hour and forty min. Installation of the new unit components, sealing of vents, charging of lines, test running, etc., downloading of thermostat app and a quick overview of operations was done by 3:20 PM. I was impressed by Justin's thoroughness and care in doing his job. Would definitely recommend Advance Plumbing Heating and Air if you need HVAC work. read more

I've never had to call for plumbing services and Carla was very helpful. She scheduled an appointment for me for the next day for a free quote of services and even received a text and email confirming the appointment. I received a call in the morning from Amy if the technician could come earlier, which was great for me, and received an updated confirmation by text and email. Jason and Sean arrived at the expected time and first introduced themselves. I then proceeded to explain the issue with my water heater. They listened and inspected the heater and clearly let me know what was wrong and that repair was not an option and it needed to be replaced as well as any additional parts needed. Once the estimate was approved and I agreed to proceed with the job, they explained what would happen next and about how long it would take. They listened to all my concerns and questions and explained everything so I could understand. I was very happy with the work done and the experience was a great one. I'm not a professional HVAC technician but I know enough to get by. I replace my air filter 3-6 months clean the condenser every 6 months. When I saw my condenser pipe had block of ice I know it was time to hire professional. I knew I'm either low on Freon or have a leak somewhere. Anyways I hired this company to come out. I explain to the tech what's going on. $89 just to tell me what I already know. Quoted me $651 just to add Freon which I know I'm low or have a leak somewhere. And that's not guaranteed Freon could be gone the next day. But price gouging is real! The Technicians were friendly but did not address where the leak was. My AC unit work I've been doing the maintenance every year for 5 years, but R22 is discontinued and Freon is higher. But $89 for not trouble shooting where the leak was. TLDR: Advanced Plumbing's entire team is awesome. Stop the search for other companies and hire them, you won't be disappointed. We had Jason as our plumber in Spring 2025 and he was awesome. Personable and professional, and helped explain what our issues were. He fixed up our poor water pressure and old shower system and we've been happy with the results. In Summer 2025 our AC unit went out and we were miserable in our hot-temped home. What initially started as a diagnostic check later revealed larger issues. Jake came out on a Friday afternoon and was extremely friendly and informative of what issues we have and what options we had to get a new AC system. We especially appreciated that he wasn't judgmental towards us being first time homeowners who didn't know about HVAC maintenance. During the process of choosing our new system, Alex came out (on his day off, no less!!) to help explain more about HVAC, our AC system options, as well as financing. It was incredible to see the level of transparency that came with such a large purchase. It made the process a lot less dreadful.
