    Best pool company in Mass. The owner was very respectful to me and helped me with all my issues, would recommend to anyone 10/10.

    Run, don't walk, away from this business! We bought one of their most expensive hot tub/spas with…read morea 10 year warrantee. It lasted 3 years. They stopped carrying the brand and refused to service it. The only other dealer was on the other side of the state and refused to service it as we did not buy it from them. After 6 more years of sitting and rotting on our deck, we paid someone to cut it up and remove it. We purposely like to support local businesses but these people are dishonest and unethical. Save your money and go elsewhere!

    We went here to get some assistance w a pool light. Our underwater light was missing when we bought…read moreour home. We brought the ring to the store to see if we could get any advice. They pulled out a light, said it was the only one they had, and that we were going to have a VERY hard time finding a replacement because our pool is so old. The light they tried to sell us was over $400, and didn't fit correctly, but they said we could "file it down" to make it fit, and basically, this was the best we were gonna get. Well, guess what. Turns out Amazon has LOTS of pool lights, and for $175, I got one that fits like a glove. I try and give business to local companies, but man.... I've HAD it will pool companies gauging pool owners cause they think we dont know what we're doing. OH! And! After about a solid year of phone calls around RI, MA, & CT to find someone to refinish our pool, Aquidneck Pools said they don't do concrete pools, and they don't paint them. So I found a company that did. On our recent "light" visit, they were trying to sell us on this paint, but THEY DONT EVEN DO THE JOBS! They were trying to make us feel stupid for going w an Epoxy Based paint, Vs theirs. I ASKED Them About paint last summer and again, they told us good luck because our pool Was too old. Ugh. Get your chemicals @ Job Lot, and teach yourself how to do your own pool repairs on you tube. Save yourself thousands.

To the pool opening this season (Kyle and Tim), to the service at the store when bringing my water in to be tested (Tyler Hobacia) and to the troubleshooting over the phone! Your attention to detail and commitment to quality is second to none. As a new pool owner, I'm doing pretty well with understanding the operations of all the equipment but had an issue where my heater kept shutting off. After talking with Mike on Friday night, he diagnosed the problem and had another team member (I wish I knew your name to give you a shout out, too) here first thing Saturday morning....of Memorial Day weekend to address the issue. My pool is up and running beautifully! No wonder Easton Pool & Spa, Inc. is rated and ranked above and beyond the rest! Truly, to those of you reading this, I'm sure you already know how awesome this company is...for those of you that don't....believe me, as a family business owner myself, they are!!!

    We have used this company to open and close our pool for over 15 years and, until recently, they…read morewere generally responsive. Unfortunately, as the business has grown, customer service seems to have gone downhill significantly. Last fall, we had our pool liner replaced, which was certainly not a small expense. When the liner crew finished, they left numerous sandbags in the pool all winter. When the opening crew arrived this spring, they piled the sandbags on our lawn and deck. When I asked them to remove them, I was told they couldn't because the liner department had to handle it. At the same time, we had been promised that all of the pool fixtures would be swapped out for gray fixtures as part of the liner replacement. This was never done. I called multiple times regarding both the sandbags and the fixture replacement. I spoke with employees in the store, the repair technician who worked on our filter, and staff at the South Easton location when purchasing chemicals. Each time I was told someone would contact the liner department or follow up. No one ever did. After at least five phone calls, someone finally came and removed the sandbags. When I asked about the fixture replacement, I was told they knew nothing about it. I then emailed both Dave, the owner, and Alex, the liner manager. To date, I still have not received a response regarding whether they intend to complete the work they promised. My experience has been that when you're buying a pool or paying for a new liner, they're very attentive. However, when you need customer service afterward, getting a response is extremely difficult.
