Absolutely no regrets - on time, thorough, professional, & quick. In addition, we just had them replace our liner. The Crew did a great job! They were hard working, professional, thorough, and paid great attention to details. And they did the job in one long day. While here I asked about some loop-lock pegs that were frozen. I've asked others in the past and was told they'd need to cut the deck. Easton was able to replace 3 w/o cutting the deck. They solved a problem others couldn't.

He does…read morethe absolute bare minimum, gives no guidance on how to fix your pool/spa when there's chemical imbalances and issues, and has absolutely zero personality or customer service skills. I live 2 minutes from the store, and will have to go to the Weymouth or Brockton location instead because of how inept of an employee he is. And this isn't just from one interaction, I've had at least 5 with him now where I go to get my water tested, and he just offers absolutely no guidance whatsoever. Wish him a good day? He'll stay absolutely quiet. Ask him how the day is? Stays absolutely quiet. No chance of any decent human interaction whatsoever when he's working, you might as well let the customer work the testing station and do self-checkout. I'll take the 15 extra minutes to get to the Weymouth or Brockton location, at least I know they have actual human beings working behind the counter (Granted the weymouth one is having staffing issues), but I've yet to have a bad experience with those locations yet. Just wish I didn't have to avoid the one two minutes down the road because of this one employee who is just absolutely atrocious to work with. I don't often want people reprimanded or fired, but please send this employee back to training because you are going to lose customers.

Delivery of the hot tub went very smooth, they installed the lifter bar and and top and we just had to wait for the electrician the next day to start enjoying our new hot tub. He did not test either one and left. I received an invoice for over $1400 and the 2 Moto Message jests do not work!!!!! It's impossible to talk to a real person. They do not provide and estimate on the cost or time during the day. Not even morning or afternoon.
