They refused to deliver my purchased equipment (for a new bath) into my home where it will be used due to their fear that they would be sued if they soil my carpet or scratch my floor. All they would need is a simple waiver statement for the carpet or floor. The delivery consisted of one guy (the truck driver) showing up and wanting to make the delivery UNASSISTED, with the company's excuse being that they usually deliver to the "contractors" who are standing by to take delivery. This is really bad policy that could result in breakage of components...all to prevent hiring of a second deliveryman to assist with the delivery. Lowes and Home Depot ALWAYS send two deliverymen out and are ALWAYS happy to deliver the equipment wherever needed. I hope that Inspired Bath pays more attention to all aspects of their customer service in the future, including delivery policy.

I was a bit shocked at first however they are doing a lot more work than I even imagined. Example; my home is antique and well over 100 years old. Reinforcing and leveling the floor took about 2 weeks but when the project was done the floor repair was totally necessary and added so much to the finished result. Also if you are hoping the project will be done in a few weeks, it might, however the bigger the project the more chance for delays. Pros: I was communicating with a team of extremely competent people. Each is a specialist in a narrow field. Greg has an incredible sense of design and really digs into the details. Sonja handles the crew that does the prep, construction and heavy lifting. Mylia coordinates all products to be ordered. Special shout out to Bill who handles anything going on with all the crews. He returns your text or call in a minute or less and remembers every detail of your project. No regrets for me.

Needed to add a kitchen and two full baths, as well as closets, move beam and add a laundry area. It came out fantastic. This group--from Tracey Perry's help with design (amazing!) to Mike Heinrich's detailed budget which they stuck to and Bill Schmidt's communication on every detail, it was actually a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this group. In between my two projects with Cape & Islands Kitchens I did another property with a well known, popular Falmouth builder (hint: begins with an "L"). It was a DISASTER. Do not be fooled by the lower initial numbers--you will pay in the end and the quality of work will suffer. I am so glad I was able to do this renovation with Cape & Islands Kitchens!

I hired them to do the "pool opening" after moving into a new house. I never had a pool before, so…read moreI didn't know what "pool opening" meant. The truth is the pool was already open, the previous owners had done it. These guys noticed when they arrived and didn't say a thing, nothing. I don't appreciate the dishonesty, but fair enough, it was my mistake. They also took some samples of the water to run some tests and told me to wait for a call the next day. Nobody ever called (shocking, right?). When I called them to ask for the test results, they told me no tests were performed, so it turns out I paid $300+ for essentially nothing. I tried to speak to a manager over the phone and surprisingly, they just hung up on me and stopped answering the phone. I'm afraid I have nothing good to say. This is just a poorly run and managed business. Some people seem to have had good experiences with them, but I can't say the same. Would absolutely not recommend.
