The truth is the pool was already open, the previous owners had done it. These guys noticed when they arrived and didn't say a thing, nothing. I don't appreciate the dishonesty, but fair enough, it was my mistake. They also took some samples of the water to run some tests and told me to wait for a call the next day. Nobody ever called (shocking, right?). When I called them to ask for the test results, they told me no tests were performed, so it turns out I paid $300+ for essentially nothing. I tried to speak to a manager over the phone and surprisingly, they just hung up on me and stopped answering the phone. I'm afraid I have nothing good to say. This is just a poorly run and managed business. Some people seem to have had good experiences with them, but I can't say the same. Would absolutely not recommend.

My pool has never had a leaking problem until after they serviced it. I reached out to the owner hoping to resolve the situation, but instead of listening to my concerns, he told me to refill the entire pool "to see if it drains again."
