I just had the most wonderful experience with service personnel since I purchased my home. For the past few years, I have struggled with my AC and earlier in the spring I had several companies give me quotes to replace of fix my current unit; this company was by far the least expensive and clear. Not only were they the least expensive but they were also professional and timely. My AC is running wonderfully. The space inside and outside are both cleaned up. The service contract includes a year of upkeep. They were understanding with my technology difficulties. And on top of all that they went above and beyond when they noticed a water leak on the side of my home and fixed it. Samuel & Sons dispatched Donald to our place within a few hours of calling. Our heater stopped working at a particularly tricky time for my family, and we needed help ASAP. Two days before calling S&S, we called the original crew that installed the unit (two years old) to help fix it. That company grossly misdiagnosed the problem, told us we would need to suck up a few days without heat, and actually mis-wired our unit while trying to fix it. The technician and wife are rude and unprofessional! American home shield sent them out to fix my ac and he did a brief assessment but it's still not working. He blamed it on incorrect wiring through the Vivint thermostat. I contacted Vivint and they said it's wired correctly. So still no AC and I'm out the money I paid Samuel and Son's. Office lady hung up on me after I said the technician didn't need to be a jerk to me when I heard his snide comments in the background and called him on it. read more

They responded immediately to two service calls this year. They were thorough in diagnosing the problems, quick to fix the problems, and fair in their pricing. Even though my system was 28 years old, they never pressured me to buy a new system. Only when I asked about it, did they explain what was now available. When I got bids from multiple companies, they came in lowest - and when I chose them for my new system, they discounted their recent work on my old system! They are very very rude people. When they came to my house they fixed the wrong unit ( which was nothing wrong with it). When we call to tell them this they were upset and hung up on my husband.
