My warranty company covered the new coil and I had $285 of uncovered expenses, which was fine. Only after they left this didn't fix it. I had another company come out and look at it and they said the coil is leaking? So I call liberty air and say hey the coil you just replaced is faulty, they said they would come and fix it, but now is trying to charge me $285 for uncovered fees, despite me already paying these fees for them to replace the coil two weeks ago?!? They also lied and told me my unit was too small for my size house, 1876sqft house with a 3.5 ton unit, is sufficient and they said I needed a 4 or more , straight up BS. Not only that, no one ever answer the phone, and their voicemail is full. These are the biggest scammers ever, I don't know if they even replaced the coil in the first place since as the company that came out said they left the old info stickers up instead of the news ones that you get with a new coil.
