It didn't phase them. I would somewhat understand if I was a new customer, but for someone who has given them thousands of dollars of business in recent years, you'd think they'd at least show some concern and at least offer to have someone come out to see if it was a simple fix. Nope. 10-14 days. I found another service company that came out within 24 hours. It in fact was a simple fix--a loose connection in a junction box. They had my well back up and running in 30 minutes.
